   Poor experience. Bought a chair from this company - the manufacturer being Orangbox. Joy - 02 is the chair model… After a few months one of the plastic legs broke. Which was very lucky that an accident didn’t happen at the same time as I lurched forwards towards the desk. I’m super busy with work away from home and by the time I tried to deal with this it was out of the paltry 3 month warranty. We were past from pillar to post by these guys/Orangebox/Flexiform and long story short I was given a ridiculous quote to get this chair repaired. Absolutely appalling! They quoted almost £250 when VAT and carriage was added. I’ve had a couple of swivel chairs over the years bought from Ikea and I still have them! At all times I was left with a ‘computer says no’ to customer service. Avoid

   I went there to buy a office chair but it seems like they don't have a showroom. It's all online and if you want to visit the warehouse save yourself a trip. The people at the warehouse were very nice and greeting and they explained the situation to me..same goes for the worker in the yard who showed me who to talk to.

   Excellent service. Now that I'm working from home due to the current situation, I wanted to buy a more ergonomic chair. I found this website and saw that they had top quality chairs for a fraction of the original price. I ordered a refurbished Orangebox Do chair. It was dispatched 1 week after ordering, and arrived the next morning. Quality of the chair is fantastic, as good as new. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for affordable office furniture.

   The quality of the chair I bought (Humanscale Freedom Task Chair With Headrest) is incredible, I mean it looks like new. Originally promised 7 working day delivery but came within 4 working days so that’s great. I’m grateful for businesses that keep their standards and quality even in this thought time.

   I was looking for a secondhand Herman Miller chair and was delighted to find a good selection at Office Resale at affordable prices. After transporting the chair home I unable to make the posture adjustments necessary and thought the chair was faulty, even though it was working when I visited the showroom. Even though I live 30 minutes drive from Welwyn Garden City I received a service call within hours of my purchase. Much to my embarrassment there was nothing wrong with the chair, just my inability to make the adjustments! Well done Office Resale, great after sales service.
