    I recently came to have a CT scan on my heart. I have what is commonly named ‘white coat hypertension’ which basically means anything to do with medical examinations or needles etc bring out extreme nerves and anxiety in me. I had a cannula put into my arm for the contrast dye and took some beta blockers. At all times I found the two nurses, Mila and the gentleman called Manuel??, absolutely amazing particularly Mila. She had compassion and stayed ever so focussed on getting my heart rate down enough to get a clear image. She stayed by my side wherever possible. Anyhow that was my positive experience. I had access to bottled water and tea and biscuits afterwards as I was feeling a bit out of sorts. A good service.

    I am very very claustrophobic and have had a number of MRI's which have been horrendous experiences but the mix of a very open scanner, nothing in front of my face and very good staff Julian and Juzwin and the others and I found the whole experience bearable to my astonishment. Highly recommend!

    I went for an open MRI and the staff in there were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable, they continously reassured me that I would be fine and that I was in safe hands.     MRI is a long process so it really important for the people carrying out the process to be kind helpful and understanding and that’s exactly what I got at European MRI center from Justin, Julian and Hanna. They kept me updated at each step of the process played my favourite music to keep me energised through the long process and always smiling which kept me relaxed.
