   So I'm here right now waiting for my results! The girl who administered the test, Sharon, has been super friendly and very reassuring. It's the first time I'm going back to my country since covid so I'm a little nervous about the paperwork and she's been absolutely lovely! I really recommend y'all come here if you need travel tests or any other services they do here. She's made me feel so welcome and been really helpful! Very recommendable! ❤️

   Excellent. We needed a rapid test for travel to the states. She was very quick and very kind with my 3 year old. The test itself was a fraction the cost of other clinic’s fit to fly rapid tests. Highly recommend.

   Was worried because of some reviews of Concepto’s overall delivery. But there was no need to worry. Professional & organised, I received my result after about 12 hours (paid for the 24 hr service). And Sharon is really lovely and made the whole thing a great experience. Would highly recommend.

   It's like the Wild West out there when it comes to choosing a PCR fit to fly clinic! We travelled from Balham to go to Concepto in Croydon, based on all the great reviews. So glad we made the trip - Sharon was super professional and friendly, her sparkle and enthusiasm at 8am meant a stressful experience quickly became a joy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharon and this clinic.

   Sharon in Croydon was excellent. I've done about 30 PCR tests this year alone for travel and she was the first person to explain why I need to blow my nose! Top tip, it's not arbitrary. A very nice lady with a great gentle touch with the swab. P.S. it's at the Woolworths end of the Whitgift
