   All the staff went beyond their professional duties and helped to calm me as I was very nervous. One distracted me by asking questions when using an injection therefore I didn't even know if had gone in and it was finished before I knew it. Another gave me an extra pillow as she could see my spine is more S shaped at the neck and had something to go over my eyes as I didn't want to see the machine as I went through the machine and when I had to get off the bed at the end, she stayed calm as I screamed through the pain barrier to get off the bed; she never flinched and offered her arms, not moving a muscle as I had informed her that I would be able to sense any movement through to my spine. She made sure I was relaxed and asked me to take my time which she meant.

   As I have been in a great deal of very intense pain, I was anxious about having the SPECT-CT Scan, and having to lie completely still for a long time on what is, basically, a board. Everybody was so kind and helpful, the experience was much easier than I have imagined. All the ladies were extremely understanding and supportive, and I do thank them very much, especially Mia, Nessa and the other nurse who helped with administering the isotope. Apologies that I do not think name of the third nurse, but all the staff were really kind and reassuring. Thank you everyone.

   Had an isotope bone scan today. I am extremely needle phobic and was extremely anxious. The 2 nurses who gave me my cannula and scan where so reassuring and got me though it, without feeling anything. Would really recommend TMI house and their staff

   I have just left Trinity clinic for my scan and I could not of been happier with the service and level of care I received. Andrew could not of been more through and reassuring, I was a bit worried before hand and he was so kind and went way beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Wonderful radiographer! Definitely recommend Trinity clinic.

   Thank you TMI for proving a first class service. I visited the clinic yesterday with our daughter and we were so impressed. You were all so welcoming and friendly, our daughter instantly felt at ease and very comfortable. The clinic is absolutely immaculate with a lovely waiting area. We were offered drinks and you had a good selection of biscuits - Kate was so kind offering to make her a hot chocolate and she said it was the best she has ever tasted. Everything was explained so clearly and in a way we could understand and when it came to the scan, our daughter got to select a DVD to watch - a brilliant idea. Kate was ever so nice and caring to us, it is very clear that all of you genuinely love working here as you were so friendly. The room with the scanner has the ability to change the lights so she was offered which colour and of course she said pink. The ceiling was then changed to pink and there was a lovely picture with clouds. The DVD (Simpson’s) was playing on the wall by a projector so it completely took her mind off he scan. We flew down from Scotland this scan as we couldn’t get it done locally privately. The flight was exactly an hour and the location of this clinic was very accessible - train from London Bridge took exactly 29 minutes. Across the road from the clinic there is a lovely coffee shop and bakery, which I think is a long term family owned establishment. We filled in time nicely here and they offer hot and cold food, bakery, ice cream, drinks and it can be eaten inside or out. The clinic itself is beautiful and I can’t tell you how impressed we were. At the end of the scan, our daughter was given a certificate for being so brave. When I asked about the timescale for the report, I was told 24-48 hrs by email and the imaging would be sent in the post. Absolutely first class service throughout - from the stress free easy booking process (we were referred by a doctor) to the actual scan itself. TMI you are simply the best - please pass our thanks to everyone.

   I would highly recommend this clinic, I had a scan done with Andrew he was very professional and friendly. The receptionist was also very nice and professional. I received my full report right after my appointment. Overall the experience was great, the clinic very clean and modern. Thank you !
