   Very disappointing experience at The Range, Birstall (Leeds) on Saturday 20/12/25 around 6:50pm. After paying for my items, I was loudly shouted at by two staff members asking if I had paid, in front of other customers. This was extremely embarrassing for me and my family. The colleague who served me confirmed I had paid, yet no apology or accountability was offered. When I raised how upsetting this was, I was dismissed. This could have been handled far more professionally and discreetly.

   Was slightly disappointed. They didn't have the items what I went for. Although they did have an Iceland store. Certain frozen items were reduced, however when I reached the checkout they couldn't be reduced due to being on offer 2 for £8.00. The checkout staff did their best to help me but they couldn't override the Iceland prices.

   Huge store with lots of products, so you’ll likely find what you need. However, staff could use better training. I asked a brief question about where Click & Collect is, as there are no signs or clear directions. I was told the member of management was “dealing with other customers,” but I watched her approaching another customer at that exact moment. The response felt dismissive and unnecessary, especially for such a simple question. While the store has a great range, the poor customer service was disappointing. Going by the reviews, many others seem to have encountered similar issues with staff at this store.

   There is a wide range of items, over two floors, including homeware and arts & crafts supplies. The staff were very helpful in finding a particular item. There was a long queue at the tills (which always seems to be the case in every branch of The Range). There is also a branch of Iceland in-store, and a café (with toilets).

   Good size range on 2 floors Went in not long in to 2023 and was clearing off Christmas stock but no prices on most items and the up steers area was a mess. To the point we just gave up. Hopefully it was just a change over day (witch should be done in closed time like most stores) and now Christmas is gone should be back to normal

   Fantastic range store! This store has everything you need. We visited to look at the Christmas items and what a range they had. This range also has furniture, new kitchens and a whole range of household items. Along with pet items too! Within this range there is also a small Iceland section where you can grab some food items. Overall a good one stop shop. Good parking too at Birstall retail park.

   First time in the Range, Birstall and I was blown away...omg it's huge!! It covers two floors with escalators and lifts to both floors meaning it's fully accessible to everyone. The cafe on the first floor gives a welcome break from the vastness although service is very slow though. There has to be toilets in the building but fire a change I didn't need to use the facilities so I cannot comment on them . Sorry, next time!! The aisles could do with being a bit wider for wheelchair accessibility. Car parking is right outside the store for disabled and able bodied alike. All in all well with a visit!!

   Great shop with a wide variety of products. Has pretty much something for every room in the house. Wide range of household essentials as well.. Good and reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty parking space but can be busy especially on the weekends.

   The size of the store and the variety of the products it stocks, is truly outstanding. I may have just been a bit short on sleep but I can say I've never felt such a terrifying presence as The Range, Birstall. I was glad for the surprisingly slow tills, as the wait to check out was a much needed breather after such a heady and overwhelming consumer experience.
