   The staff are stuck up and arrogant. If you don't agree to their steep repair costs they start talking to you in a condescending manner. The mechanic who was testing my car managed to break my phone holder when he was carrying out the test, and when I showed the broken device to the receptionist he didn't seem bothered or apologetic at all. When I went back for a retest, the other receptionist did offer to pay for it, but I didn't take up the offer because I don't want their charity. They lied about/exaggerated one of the 'major defects' ('aim projected beam image incorrect') on my MOT test and wouldn't let the car pass the retest simply because I took the car somewhere else to get the major defects repaired. Of course I was going to take the car to another garage if these guys were charging ridiculous prices for the repairs. I think they were salty that I didn't do business with them and they thought they'd try and be clever by failing the car for something that wasn't even a fail. Instead of passing the car, the pulled out a quote of £150 to replace a headlight, thinking I would be dumb enough to accept that. The other garage (fast fit auto centre) which has honest workers said the car should have passed. Anyway I took the car to this other garage where I got the repairs done and they passed the MOT. Problem solved.

   Absolute con artists. Did a diagnostic test without error codes and then said we cannot use their report at another garage to fix the issue. They can't fix the issue themselves either. Wasted money on a test that gave absolutely useless results. We will need to go to another garage and get a diagnostic test again and get it fixed. Thieves, liars and flat out rude. Avoid
