Always a good bargain here very helpful staff all you need for the home, bedding furniture rugs pots and pans curtains and more all at great prices well worth a visit.
I took a friend to Chiltern Mills, she wanted some blinds and bedding she could not believe the service and discribed it as having a personal shopper like they do in Harrods. Jennifer was amazing so was the other ladies the perfect customer service sadly missed in many stores now but not in Chiltern Mills. Bought curtains had them altered took 3 weeks having been told would take 2 weeks, rang up to check and was told its 14 working days not including weekend. Customer care not good by some staff, walk the other way.
I bought some curtains Chiltern Mills a few months ago and I cannot rate the service highly enough, in particular from a lady called Avis. She helped me a lot on the day I purchased them and when one of the new curtains I'd bought had a flaw, she sorted a replacement pair as quickly as possible, keeping me up to date on a delivery date etc. She also advised on fittings and generally speaking, she could've only been more helpful if she'd fitted them for me!! The curtains are fantastic quality. I've read some comments about the store being dated but I think that's very short sighted as the items on sale are very good, there's loads of choice, prices are good and as I say, the service is excellent. I'd rather have old fashioned service over a shiny store!

Love this shop. There are lots of home furnishings to choose from and larger items such as beds etc. all very competitively priced! There are bargains galore. They also offer a made to measure service on certain items. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Recommended.

I visited this store last Sunday morning and would just like to say how helpful the staff were. I was wanting advice about duvets and got excellent service from the 4 or 5 assistants, nothing was too much trouble for them. In the end they helped me make the right decision and I am very happy with my purchase. Can't fault any of the ladies who advised me, including the lady on the check-out. Thank you.
