   i was here with my partner on monday. i ordered a chicken burger and fries and a water. was told there was no chicken burger so we said we would decide if we want anything else after we ate. I asked if there was bbq sauce and there wasn't. the lady behind the till was very rude to me and my partner and claimed she was on her own and doesnt have all day to serve us. firstly, we didnt take long at all. we asked a simple question with politeness and were met with rudeness. secondly, she was not working on her own. there was a guy with her and he was a lot nicer than she was. i didnt get her name but she was a person of colour, average height and had freckles. the food was cold and the fries had been reheated as they were dry and chewy. it's so overpriced and not managed well. i won't bother going to any Leon in the future.

2. Chosen One ★☆☆☆☆

   Went to enjoy a breakfast deal. This morning. Firstly I was pounced upon by a customer asking if was in the queue. Obviously I wasn’t standing there for fresh air. Then when I clearly asked the server a young Asian guy for a breakfast deal of egg and sausage I asked if I can get an orange juice. And was about to get charged. £7.99. Then I ordered an Americano. Ok then after a moments of shouting the same guy was looking around for an order he just placed. I was standing right there. Then he just handed the sandwich to me. No bag no nothing. I did a quick scan around to see that everyone had their food placed in a bag. I gave my meal to a homeless person. Outside grand central. Went to POPEYES instead. It’s a shame I have got a lot of people to try Leon in the past. But to receive service. Made me feel very out of place. Date of visit 28/10/2025. Sad to say I won’t be visiting again.

   Absolutely love the coffee at LEON on Birmingham New Street — one of the best-tasting coffees I’ve had in the area! Rich, smooth, and full of flavour. Always freshly brewed. Highly recommend for any coffee lover! I especially want to give a big shoutout to staff members — AGATQ , Mark and ABAD. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend for any coffee lover!

   This was my first time trying Leon’s breakfast, and it was good. However, I found the portion size quite small for the price. That said, the food tasted great and was served quickly, which is perfect if you’re in a rush and need a quick start to the day. Overall, great staff and fast service!

   Had the most amazing service today at Leon from an incredible group of staff! Aside from the delicious food, they were super helpful. Our friend had her phone pick-pocketed and the Leon team not only got their CCTV footage up straight away but one of them later spotted the perpetrator outside and alerted police who arrested them and retrieved the stolen phone. Thanks so much to all the staff- you’re fabulous!

   Leon serves high quality tasty food and extremely quickly when on the move. I struggle to think of any other high street chain that ticks all of those boxes? I would visit just for the menu and the quality alone, but they have allowed me to eat when I'd have otherwise been too busy. Thank you Leon.

   Very quick and very tasty, and very cheap. Genuinely one of the best burgers you'll get whilst travelling, and that's not even considering it is vegan. A godsend frankly.

   Not sure that 10 minuets qualifies as ‘fast food’ but hey. The sweet potato curry is very good! Full of flavour and warmth and highly recommended. Surprising that it seems to have good ingredients too.
