We have had a great experience with Ultrasound plus, from having our dating scan to a 33 week 4d sapphire package. We had to revisit as our baby was camerashy in the first session but both Victor and Paul took their time in both appointments to support getting good images, comprehensive reports whilst making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend.
Brilliant place, lovely atmosphere with friendly staff, synographer explained throughout the scan really well, really good quality 3d/4d scan, only disappointment was the magnet and keyring doesn’t come printed out in colour only black and white photos, o had the emerald 4d Baby Scan and comes with plenty of digital photos and also the free gift was a nice touch. Heartbeat bear was good quality very soft too.
The receptionist/ nurse were very professional and kind. The place is clean. I am giving 2 stars as when I booked ( via telephone) I asked how long it would take to get my results considering it was a Sunday booking- I was reassured by the operative the results will come on Monday, 24 hours from my booking. I waited all day on Monday without a sign from anyone. I called and was told it will actually take 48 hours, not 24, like I was told when I booked. It’s Tuesday morning, I still haven’t received my results and if I knew this when I booked- I would of chose a different clinic. I’m upset because I didn’t receive the service I paid for.
Called 45 hours prior to my appointment and asked to move it to another available slot on the same day (the website shows available slots every 15 minutes) and explained that my dog now has to see a vet at that time. Was told I'd lose my deposit and have to pay it again, and the woman just kept repeating 'we have a strict policy'. I'd understand if there were no other slots available but there are literally so many. There is no customer care here, it's very much sales driven and in my experience there are other clinics that provide a much better customer experience. You are very much treated as a number and not an individual, all they care about is your money. I've had all of my private pregancy scans here but unfortunately we wont be returning.
Visited today for an emergency gynae scan and couldn’t be more pleased with the service, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and I arrived early but still seen straight away. The sonographer was lovely and explained everything very clearly, we even shared some laughs despite the not so great news I received re my condition. Couldn’t recommend this service more if you are looking to be seen same or next day to ease any anxieties while waiting for NHS scans. Report and images delivered within 30 mins of leaving and pricing very reasonable.
Lovely kind welcoming receptionist who really put me at ease today! The lady doing the scan was equally as lovely! Great experience highly recommended!

Handout gender scan yesterday and the clinic were lovely, receptionist staff were friendly snd helpful, our appointment ran over Becasue baby was being so naughty in a bad position the sonographer who I believe was called Joanne was absolutely phenomenal, she worked so hard and tried everything to tell us what our baby was even when it was taking ages and was a struggle, she made us feel so comfortable and worked with me to move all around to finally get to see, couldn’t of been a better service! 100% recommend x
Excellent service and staff; every time we have visited we have been given the time and attention by the staff. We went for our 12 week scan here to get incredible shots of our baby. We also went 4 weeks later for our gender scan at 16 weeks, which they were also able to successfully obtain. Thank you for being part of our journey!
