Came here at on 14/11/2024 at 11:55 AM to support my wife who had an appointment for a blood test. The receptionist on duty was extremely rude and unhelpful, completely unnecessarily. I never write reviews but felt completed to vent my frustration at her treatment. Extremely poor attitude and should not be in the job in my opinion. Disgusting attitude.

I have had a serious episode of anxiety and depression. My doctor made a referral the PCN advised of a medication, I had a dreadful reaction. I called to speak to the PCN to advise what had happened. My case had been closed. I had to get the doctor to make another referral. Spoke to someone advised there is nothing I can take to lift my mood because of the medication I am on already. Had the assessment with a different PCN last week, called today to chase. I think getting through to MI6 would be easier. When the call is answered you are asked for your life story and your inside leg measurement. It's as though you are not supposed to know about this secret organisation located at the C&E Centre!!! People who are calling are fragile, they and I don't need to fight to speak to someone for help.

Have never seen the same person twice. Have had 2 serious suicide attempts and not a thing. I phones 4x a day to get a letter sent to my gp so the meds they have me could be prescribed, it nearly sent me over the edge. Talking to one receptionist then another, with no communication in between. I was told when I finally got it sorted that I needed to take responsibility for my own medication!!!!!

I’ve found the support here excellent. Initially it was tough to get going with help as I had to change support workers and there was a long wait. However once it got going they’ve been amazing, Ashley my support worker was so kind and helpful, and has taught me a lot of great coping strategies. I’ve recently started with the art therapy group and they’ve been really welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely terrible, one psychiatrist caused me to take an overdose Dr Atam, then my psychiatrist Dr Jones changes all meds around which is making me even more ill has left, so now i am in limbo no psychiatrist, no idea whats happening in my head, i am going to emd killing myself or in prison for killing someone else due to disgraceful treatment/neglect of a patient
