   Thank you to all of the staff at Brentwood Nuffield for such a pleasant experience yesterday . Nervous to have surgery, I felt at ease under the brilliant expertise of Miss Mary Morgan, in addition, a very friendly and funny anaesthetist surgeon (whose name escapes me, sorry, but you were fab!) , nurse Jacqui, and a student nurse, Nick. Everything was spotlessly clean, food and drink in good supply and I felt very well looked after… I compared it to being in a hotel! The attention to detail from all was superb. Constantly explaining things, checking I was happy, giving instruction, communicating, and making the experience a good one. Nobody wants to be in a hospital, but if you are there, the kind and attentive staff make all the difference for it to be a very pleasant stay. Nurse Jacqui is clearly very experienced… she put on my compression stockings like she was an actual ninja! Thanks all… Merry Christmas! X

   This was my first time going private and so I Decided to choose to go to Nuffield Health Brentwood hospital. It was a complete different experience to the NHS hospital. Here at Nuffield Health Brentwood hospital was a really good experience and care i got from the moment i arrived to the moment i left. My overall stay and experience here was really nice and welcoming a very calm atmosphere which i liked. The hospital was clean. The food and drinks was nice, I had a menu to choose from. I Was seen by a professional and a very understanding breast surgeon Sasha Dua. She took time out to listen and understand me. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Im very thankyou that She did my surgery last weekend and I couldn't thank her enough. The whole team did really well they all made me feel at ease before and after my surgery. I'm really happy that I chose this hospital. Thankyou so much MRS S.K.SINGH XX

   I came in yesterday for a procedure. Jacqueline was lovely, very friendly and reassuring. Making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Putting my mind and rest and explaining everything. Mr Coker and his theatre team was great. Was nice to have some music to put me at ease and the staff were all very friendly.

   I have received excellent care here, the hospital is very clean and pleasant and the staff are professional, kind and reliable. My surgery went well, I received information and explanations for my home recovery and a phone number I could call if I had any questions. It felt like a premium service. Thank you.

   Please sort out your appointment line, I was holding to make an appointment for 51 minutes today only to be cut off at the last minute. I always have trouble getting through to make an appointment. You will lose customers!

   The care I received at Nuffield Brentwood was amazing. After having a breast reduction performed by Mr Ramakrishan I had 2 overnight stays. Every single member of staff that came to assess me, bring me neals/refreshments and check in on me were so kind and caring and did all they could to make me feel comfortable. After doing loads of research into the type of surgery I wanted I knew I wanted Mr Ramakrishan to do my breast reduction and I am over the moon I did, I'm still 3 weeks into my recovery and my incisions look incredibly neat. From the consultation throughout I knew he took pride in what he was doing and cared about his patients, this also goes for all the nurses that assisted me. After what has been for me, a life changing operation I cannot thank everyone at Nuffield Brentwood enough.

   Considering this is a private hospital its shocking. Reception staff were good and friendly but the consultant/surgeon I saw should not be in this position. Consultant S was extremely vague from start to finish, not interested in advising or helping, obviously too important. After asking for advice the advice that was given was clearly wrong after speaking with other consultants. The physio who set up my medical boot set it incorrectly resulting in another injury and the boot wasn’t the advised boot for the treatment. Went here for a ruptured Achilles, the members I saw at Nuffield Brentwood clearly shouldn’t be dealing with a ruptured Achilles injury. As a result of the treatment I have a re rupture and now having to find somewhere else after 13 weeks from the original injury.

   I cannot fault anything. From start to finish everybody was kind and caring and very professional. My operation was explained to me in detail and perfectly carried out. The aftercare was first rate. Can't recommend them highly enough. A great hospital all round. Barry Martin.

   Had knee surgery 3 days ago, I can’t fault anything about my care, it was literally amazing the whole way through my journey , every single member of staff, from the porter, the ADA, the nurses, the kitchen staff, the anaesthetists and the surgeon were all amazing, I was put at ease every step of the way, my stay was super comfortable and my pain was managed excellently, I know my recovery will take time but the great start I had choosing this hospital was the best decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use this hospital again in future if needed.
