   Service was not very good :( Arco lounge was decently busy when I came for an all day breakfast birthday treat. The food came to our table in ample time and was tasty enough. The big veggie breakfast was very bland and also missing a veggie sausage which is specifically why we ordered it. After 4 minutes of getting the meal, I went up to ask about the missing sausages and the waitress at the bar with glasses said she would go “check with the kitchen” then didn’t leave until 15 minutes later. I then I asked another waiter with a baseball cap about the sausages and after we finished our meal, the baseball cap waiter came by and said “you still haven’t gotten your sausages?”. This is when we were offered a free drink or a refund on the just the missing sausages.

   Was not impressed with the food or the service. Walked in and basically seated myself as staff were too busy chatting..ordered on table by QR code. The salmon and eggs on the English muffin came within 3 minutes and just felt like they heated it up and gave it to me. Didn't taste of anything at all. The mocha was equally as bad and came after the food was served. Will not be back here.

   We had a fantastic experience at Arco Lounge. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their service was attentive, friendly, and professional, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit. The venue itself is vibrant and stylish, with a warm, eclectic décor that gives it a lot of character. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable, whether you're there for a casual bite or a longer evening out. We opted for a selection of tapas, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a great variety, and everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The portions were generous too, which made sharing really enjoyable. It’s clear that care is taken not only with the food but also with the overall experience. The lively yet laid-back vibe made it the perfect spot to unwind with friends. It’s rare to find a place that gets the balance of great food, top-notch service, and inviting ambiance just right, but Arco Lounge nails it. We’ll definitely be returning soon—and recommending it to anyone looking for a great evening out. A real gem of a place!

   Absolutely great experience visiting Arco lounge. Great atmosphere, suitable lighting, reasonably priced and well executed tapas! Good customer service for us is 70% of the experience and Pete and Holly were brilliant! Assets to Arco lounge and we’d definitely come back if this is the level of service we get!

   The resturant decor was really cute, the menu was huge and the food was super tasty. Good vibes too! Nothing to complain about and will be coming back. I usually got to BTP across the road but this may be my new favourite :)

   Never had a bad experience in the Lounge franchise and Acro Lounge did not disappoint. Our server/waiter Peter was amazing and had great customer service skills, the drinks and the food again was first class and the gluten free options are excellent. Really finished off a perfect day.

   Normally my mom and I come to this lounge often, I work for the company loungers itself, at a cosy club. But today I was absolutely appalled by the treatment by the staff, specifically Louise, when me and my mother first entered she questioned us, and didn’t seem to question any other guest in this way? She had said, ‘Are you okay?’ At least 3 times, and we both felt immediately unwelcome, and were wondering if it was because of our race? Then when my mother had asked about her drink not being sweet, because it was watery and just tasted like tonic, it was remade and looked different with more pigment and this time was sweet. Louise herself slammed it down onto the table with no apologises, or words, and the waitress who was working beside her was a young girl, who was also very blunt and slammed our plates down. The food was also horrible, broccoli was over cooked, avocado was in a state, and my chicken wasn’t cooked properly either. Not happy, won’t be going again.
