I want to st Mary's mint department to discuss My lung problem which had been regularly x-rayd Over about 9 months.the review was perfectly Made and excellent advice on how to exercise Your lungs.I left know I had dealt with a good Department who knows what their doing. Excellent staff friendly service, I would to thank all the nurses and doctors for the great Job. My wife had a baby girl and boy at saints Mary's we enjoyed every moment with all the help we received
Hospital is great & nurses. However every appointment I have had with St Mary’s has been at least 40minutes delayed and no communication from staff to let me know whilst I was sat in the waiting room. I came away from work for my appointment & so am taking this unpaid and losing money from work. Seems unfair considering if I were even 10minutes late to my appointment it would be cancelled and rescheduled. Better communication to patients if there are delays would be nice & improve patient experience.
MATERNITY. It did not escape me that indeed it looked like Arab or black women got seen to very quickly and efficently, while the only 2 white women in the room (my wife included) both had to wait a full hour past their appointed times. Londonistan at its finest, I guess. I assume this discrimination comes from the admin staff. The admin guy (skinny black guy with glasses) sure took his sweet time getting a drink and all with people waiting for him, talked down to my wife and even paused her by lifting a finger, so rude. The whole time at St. Mary's I felt we were being mistreated just for being white. He really does not seem like a guy who should be working with pregnant ladies, or the public in general. Looking with my wife into other options now as I really do not wish to return here.
Excellent hospital
Don’t even deserve a star!! Waited over 2 hours for my antenatal outpatient appointment. No one even bothered, patients came after me got checked and left and I was just sat there. I checked with reception but no point, just got ignored. Utterly disgusted!!
