    I have unfortunately been a customer of many London hospitals over the last few years. And Royal Marsden is in an entire other league. The staff are all very pleasant, professional, efficient, skilled at their jobs. And delivered on their promises. I simply do not know why all the other hospitals cannot provide the same level of service. RMH are now having to sort out the mess that all the other hospitals have caused me over the years. I do not sugar coat things, I tell it as it is. The Royal Marsden are absolutely the best there is.

    I visited my friend who is battling cancer, and the staff were incredible. Two young girls with scarves were on their break, but they put down their tea to guide me to her room with such kindness. Good people still exist. xx
