   Terrible service was served by a rude young child had to ask for a bag to carry my order but flimsy paper bag ripped on exit of shop my order ruined which they refused to replace with their words "not my problem!" Which was told to the child to tell me by the manger hiding in the back even though it happened at their door with the flimsy bag they provided that wasn't strong enough highly recommend avoiding this place as they lack customer service skills

   We were really excited for our cookie dough and when we came home it looked like this!!! literally have no idea what went wrong where and it’s so little too! So sad and disappointed

   Horrible service. The milkshakes were watery. When complained and asked for a refund, they refused to refund. Been a customer for the past 8 years. Now under new management it seems and the standard gets 0 star. Will never visit again. Lost a loyal customer.

   One of the best dessert shops in the area, staff are always friendly and the desserts taste great with fresh ingredients. Normally park over the road and collect, food is normally done within 20 minutes. The reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the delivery is terrible only used it once and the food took over 2 hours to come. I’d definitely recommend it for collection though.

   Food came out quickly, I had the hot cookies and ice cream, also a waffle both of which for sharing, and could definitely stretch between 2/3 people. The staff we're really helpful, the only reason it didn't get 5* is because it was a little overpriced. Those 2 puddings came to £17.00

   Absolutely amazing desserts, very tasty! 2 stars though because it takes over 2 hours for delivery. You can order a curry from somewhere else and it will arrive in 45 minutes, here though order ice cream and a milkshake and it will come in 2 hours. Crazy.

   Not a problem with the food, it was delicious. However on the two occasions its been ordered, they both took an hour+ for delivery, so the warm food was cold. And the portion size was very small, brownie cake, smaller than a debit card. Unfortunate really that this has to be their first review, as like i said the food was very nice!
