I was 15min late for my appointment, staff and Dr Seau Tak Cheung are very accommodating. I can definitely recommend Dr Cheung, friendly, detailed and top experienced in his field.

Reception and the nurses were both helpful and empathetic.
Horrible personal, after one h waiting for my appointment , they told me the dr it’s not coming ! Never going again there !
Doesnt look like a private hospital and service by a pediatrician was not good.
Number of issues with the hospital: 1) inattentive - took incorrect number of blood vials as they didn't notice what exact tests need to be done 2) poor bedside manner - the doctor we had ultrasound with was very impatient, not apologising for long wait and performing painful actions. When asked about the state of things, the doctor's comment were quite dismissive as if they were a nuisance to her job. 3) very dark and narrow, the imaging department is in the basement, so you have no light and very little space, no network connection. 4) booking service level is inconsistent across the hospital - can't get through some departments from the 1st or 2nd time. For a private hospital, that's probably the worst experience I've had
Haven't followed up with me, have to keep chasing them. Waste of time and money.
