   I had a caring and friendly nurse Caroline such a wonderful & friendly young lady, such a polite nurse she carried the blood test out and I did not even feel anything. She truly is a big asset to the surgery along with Dr Mack & Dr Turner who are exceptionally amazing doctors they have always cared for me and my Husband with great respect. They truly are an asset to the practice.

   If you’re thinking of joining this surgery, well don’t! You’ll honestly get better service and farrrr better doctors at the Zoo. I registered here and de-registered after my first appointment. If you have medical problems and are thinking of joining this joke of a practice you’re more likely to get better by praying.

   My child was unwell with fever and after calling 111 they have managed to book one appointment today (Sunday) at this practice, and after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but my experience was really good, the receptionist was nice and the doctor was very good, he examined thoroughly my child and prescribed her the medicine she required. Thank God I took my child there today and I am so grateful.

   Absolutely useless. Was told by my Doctors first care practice I would get an out of hours call at 7pm get a missed call at 6:20pm as they phoned for just one ring. So I phoned back but they had no idea why they phoned me. And had no record of me.
