I had a great experience with laser hair removal with Bethany. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and the process was quick and effective. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend.
I wanted to leave a review as I had been going to a different place to get laser hair removal for over 2 years thinking it was good until I came here! Not only is the price better the staff are wonderful and results even better! Bethany was so informative and put me at ease. She was so professional and did the best job. My results are better after one than I ever saw within the year with the other place I had been attending. Awesome service! My appt was with Bethany, who was extremely attentive to detail and carefully explained everything that was going on and that I should do for follow up. All the staff here are super nice and when I needed to change an appointment, accommodated that right away; it was easy to add an extra part to my sessions; and it's been easy to understand how the aftercare needs to work, what to avoid, etc. Great place, great staff, and great value too!
Highly recommend coming here. Excellent customer service, the treatment is great and all the staff are very friendly. I’ve been getting my treatments done recently by Bethany and she is great at her job, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She also provides exceptional advice regarding treatments. Prior to having treatments done by Bethany, I was getting my treatments done by Aneeqa and a few other Therapists here at Kingston and again they are all great. You’ll be in good hands whoever does your treatment.
I had my second full body laser session today. Monica was very kind and extremely accurate and gentle during my treatment. Much better experience than the clinic in Belgravia where I had my first session. The treatment room and the clinic was very clean and tidy and my privacy was respected at all times. Thank you!
It was my first time today to do the hair removal process, I am very happy that I choose this clinic. The staff is very kindly, and big KUDOS to PATRICIA. Thank you again for making me feel comfortable and helping with the process, because I didn't do a good job with the conditions before going to the clinic. She was very kind to help me and we could start the process not to postpone it :) . I hope to be one of the luckiest to see fast the impact of the treatment in my body. On the way to my scheduled appointment, I received a call saying that the person doing my treatment did not show up and if I could change the appointment time. I instead decided to ask for a refund, and was told that management approval would be needed first for it to be processed. Four days later, I called customer service, and was assured my refund would be processed that day. Since then, I've dealt with 3 different customer service reps who have assured me it will be handled by 'senior management' as a 'matter of urgency' - however it's now been 3 weeks and I still do not have a refund. Strongly recommend to avoid the Kingston branch of this clinic! Had good experiences at Richmond and Shepherds Bush.
