I had my first ever facial today and it was honestly amazing. Emma was so lovely and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The whole atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and felt a bit like being treated as a VIP. My skin felt incredible afterwards, soft, fresh and really glowing. I’d definitely go back again!

Booked a treatment and then got a call saying I couldn’t get it without a 2 week treatment before hand but wasn’t told this for days after. Changed treatment and was given a time and day & travelled far for a patch test. Only to be cancelled again. Very disorganised. Don’t have communication with each other & have no idea what services they offer. Or what they are for. Disappointed. Would save money & avoid.
