   visited the clinic last week, and again today, and I am truly impressed with the level of care I received. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They explained everything to me step by step what to expect, how I might feel afterward, and what I needed to do before and after the treatment to make sure I stayed comfortable and safe. I have honestly never experienced such warm and caring behaviour in a clinic before. The ladies at the reception were so welcoming and helpful, and the lady who treated me was exceptional gentle, informative, and genuinely caring. Thank you so much to all the ladies working there. Your kindness and professionalism make such a difference. I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me .

   Dr Fouzia always goes above and beyond to help me get the best results. I am getting Pico laser to treat pigmentation and my results have been fantastic. Can't recommend it enough honestly. Next treatment im trying is Plasma iQ for my eye area.

   Originally went to First Health Medical to have 50+ unsightly skin tags removed. Dr Rizvi and the team removed them painlessly at a very reasonable price, I now have clear scar free skin where the tags used to be. During my aftercare we started chatting about help with weight loss, there was no pushy hard sell, just a very informative discussion on how they could help me if I was interested. I thought about went back and started treatment, 4 months later I've shed around 18kg. I'm very pleased with my progress and can only compliment the team on the wonderful work they have done for me. Very happy to recommend First Health Medical.

   The 2 doctors removed 2 large pilar cysts from the top of my scalp, under my hair - they demonstrated a highly professional approach at all times, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the surgical procedure, explaining next steps as they worked. I was very impressed with the whole process from the initial consultation to the surgery to the follow up appointment to remove the stitches. Also happy with the total cost which was less than the other clinics that I had enquired at. Highly recommended...10/10

   I found First Health Medical from a google search. I’m very glad that I did. The very kind receptionist set my appointment for a consultation. I arrived expecting to be evaluated and return for the procedure. Instead, Dr. Ali evaluated me, and with Dr. Rizvi, removed the cyst the same day of my appointment. Dr. Rizvi, who is the nicest medical doctor I’ve encountered in a while kept informed of what was happening. I felt safe and relaxed in their capable hands. To top it all off, the cost was very affordable! On my follow up visit, the suture was removed and I got back my normal facial appearance. I will definitely recommend Drs. Ali and Rizvi to anyone who needed a dermatologist. Thanks to the entire team for the exceptional medical care.

   I went to see Dr Fouzia Rizvi as for moles that I was concerned about being skin cancer. I had already visited a really expensive clinic in central London to have them assessed. They put the fear of god in me and wanted thousands to remove them. I went to see Dr F and was immediately put at ease. She was SO personable and kind. She really supported me and put my mind at ease. She promptly removed 3 of them and looked at every single one on my body. She really went the extra mile to make me feel valued and safe. The prices were MUCH cheaper too. I will use Dr F for private GP appointments now too. A great Doctor is hard to find and I feel blessed to have met her.
