Brittany is one of the best Pilates teachers and physios I have ever been to. Being a physio myself I am super picky when it comes to who treats me/teaches me Pilates and it took me a long time to find someone who delivers excellent therapy. Brittany is very hands on and is constantly on my case if I am not doing an exercise with correct technique. She knows my limits and really does push me to the point whereby I am seeing improvements. Thank you Brittany - I am not sure where I would be without you!

I was really impressed with the whole clinic & service from start to finish. I rang in the morning to see if they had any availability & the receptionist was lovely & helpful answering all my questions on health insurance. Upon arrival I was greeted by the same receptionist who made me feel comfortable & was lovely to talk to. I was seen by Sarah who was professional & highly knowledgeable while keeping the atmosphere relaxed. The initial consultation consisted of testing & diagnosing my injury but also treatment. I left with exercises to complete & a clear pathway to return to sport. Would highly recommend Move Clinics.

I saw Reece about my knee, which was painful when I cycled. I was anxious because I was going to cycle the Atlantic Coast of Portugal a week later and thought I might have to pull out because of it. Reece showed me exercises and massage techniques to try, which immediately started to help. He also correctly diagnosed that I needed some adjustments to the set-up of my bike. That also made a big difference. I saw him 3 times before my trip and, as a result, felt confident that my knee would be OK - and it was! I am very impressed and would definitely see Reece again if I had any other problems that required physio.

Move Clinics is the best Physio place I have been to. After surgery following an ACL rapture and meniscus tear, amazing Aussie Reece, a physio there, managed to get me back on my feet in record time (I was on the stationary bike one day before Lindsey Vonn) and still training hard. Their Alterg running machine is the best if you want to run but need some help (it reduces your body weight, not bad hey?!!!) If you are an athlete like me, or a simple person looking for a better life quality (did I mention they have amazing Pilates classes?!!!) this is the best place. I DO RECOMMEND IT!!!

Excellent reformer Pilates studio with outstanding physios. Each class consists of only four students at a time, which translates into plenty of individualized advice for each student. The instructors are very dedicated, they know each student very well and will ensure that each movement is carried out perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.

I've been attending Move clinics for over 2 years now and would highly recommend them. They provide a very professional and wide ranging service. The Pilates classes are excellent. There is a maximum of four people per class which means the instructor is able to observe everyone very closely and ensure they are doing the exercises properly. Lorien has on many occasions got me back able to run from a wide variety of injuries. He has always accurately diagnosed the issue and provided suitable treatment for a speedy recovery. They also have the most amazing bit of equipment called Alter G. This is a running machine where you can run at a reduced body weight, gradually getting up to 100%. It was fantastic in getting me back running after a broken leg.

I was seen here for a knee injury, great service from reception to the physio Reece everyone was always polite and really helpful. The treatment I received in clinic for my injury was fantastic with clear and easy to understand instruction for exercises at home leading to being able to get back to my normal activity. I would definitely recommend Move Clinic.
