   I’m so grateful for the support I received from the family centre, especially from Michelle. I moved to the area during a really difficult time in my life, and I didn’t know where to start. Michelle was kind, patient, and truly cared. She helped me with food from the food bank, found toys for my children, and even arranged a nursery place for them. She also told me about local activities where my children could play, sing, and have fun—it brought so much joy to them. Her support meant the world to me and made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I’ll never forget the difference she made for me and my family.
