   After being referred to this burns unit, I couldn't speak more highly of the specialist doctor and nurse that I had my appointment with today. I didn't have a particularly positive experience at another hospital which led to extreme discomfort and anxiety around my injury. Here, I was reassured and had all my questions answered by two extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring individuals. I am already in far less pain and have been educated on how my recovery process is going. My mental health has immediately improved and I can't thank them enough. What an absolute credit these people are to our health service.

   I am currently an inpatient in this hospital having suffered a bad fall down stairs at school. I am also a dual citizen national of the UK and the USA.I will add details to my review when I am released (hopefully not too long). From the moment I entered A&E suffering a painful leg fracture to ongoing care in ward. I offer my highest complements to all staff who are truly dedicated to providing the very best service that the NHS can provide. It is a testament to the debate around medical ethics that led to the formation and continued support for joined-up UK health care; not a single question of ability to pay at the point of service. This is an exemplary hospital that should be held out in a world-wide comparison. Thank you everyone at Chelsea and Westminster you are doing a superb job and I will look forward to updating this with you when I have released. I may add a few photos but sensitive to safeguarding and privacy issues. The photo is the view to the east from my ward bed.
