First time ive gone and tried nandos it was amazing and food was gorgeous mouth watering and staff were so nice and perlite, overall me and my work mates had good lunch there worth popping in again sometime
The manager Ian was incredibly kind and welcoming - he made our experience a very pleasant one. The food also came out very quickly and was delicious. Definitely one of the best Nando’s I’ve been to.
Back to Nando’s after ages — canteen vibes, shared platter with my daughter.
I forgot to take her name, but thank you to the lovely waitress who went above and beyond in running to a couple shops next door to put candles on my niece’s birthday cake, which she brought in with the candles lit up. It made her day and we all appreciated your efforts! The food was great as always.
Today was my first time to visit Nando's in about 17 years and I wasn't sure what to expect anymore as it had just been so long. But I gotta say, everything was great! My daughter is Autistic and very fussy when it comes to her food. But the Staff were amazing, even the Manager came straight over to talk to us and figure out how she would like it, no stress at all! The food was just way too tasty and we all enjoyed our visit! Deffo would recommend and visit again when we're in the area! Thank you!!
Nice small restaurant , paid parking nearby , Halal food which is a positive. Lots of sauces to make the experience great.
It's nandos so 9 times out of 10, you know what you are going to get. The service was fine, the food standard fair. The disappointment was the standard of the place. The furniture was dirty, bench seats grimey/stained. The ceiling - its not often would notice but look up next time your in. The dirt isn't just around the air vents. The whole place is in need of a good clean / refurbishment.
It's okay. Garlic bread was hard to chew, so was chicken. Burgers were just barely okay. Going again? Probably not. Only great thing was bottomless soda.
Lovely place, great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff that greets you with a smile. Cute design of place, tables and menus. Portions are also reasonable. We got a boneless sharing platter with 4 regular sides and it was more than enough for two adults! Chicken was delicious, especially hips. Breast was a bit on a drier side, just as mash, but still yummy. Coleslaw, broccoli, chips - super nice. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, order through qr worked just fine✨ All in all, do recommend!
Negatives: 1) coke was completely flat (see picture) 2) second glass of coke was also completely flat after they supposedly refilled it 3) no knives, when asked for one: "they're all in the diswasher" 4) ordering through barcode didn't work 5) 1st table we sat at felt like it would fall over it was so wobbly 6) 2nd table we sat at was still wobbly 7) chairs and table filthy with stains 8) waitress who sat us down was a bit rude Positives: 1) another waitress saw we had a wobbly table and moved us to another one. They also checked with us how we were getting on and looked like she tried to help with what resources she had. 2) food was tasty 3) location of restaurant in proximity of town centre Very poor value for money. Would not recommend.
