   I recently visited the Burger King at Leeds Merrion store and had an outstanding experience! The service provided by Taylor was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Taylor was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The food was impressively fresh and delicious. The burgers were cooked to perfection, and the ingredients tasted like they had just been prepared. It's rare to find fast food that feels this wholesome and satisfying. Taylor's excellent service truly made my visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch customer service.

   The lady that served me today ( 25/04/04 ) was excellent, very helpful & excellent people skills. Another staff member was also helpful. I would definitely recommend this Burger King because of how good the staff were to me. The food was of a good standard & I will be returning soon. If you haven’t got the Burger King app then get it because you can make savings.

   From outside, I saw a cheap menu but I cannot find it inside the shop. Well, I tried the expensive one and to me the price is not so much worth as I expected. I think the problem is the quality of it is the same as the quality of a meal deal in grocery shop. I suggest making the food production process transparent to customers may help. It may be just the simple feeling of a customer made-to-order. Or change it to a simple sandwich shop for reheating but cheaper please.

   The restaurant was clean and it had refillable drink machines which is why I came. The other burgerkings in town do not have this and to me its a big benefit over competitors. The quee was a bit long as they where a bit short staffed but that could be down to chance. The food was good but sadly I couldn't get the king meal £4.99 without having the app what a shame.

   Had the worst customer service among the Burger King stores, the manager and representatives literally insulted us for ordering cheese and ham burgers as they were cheap. MANUEL WILLS was the person who humiliated us infront of all the people. I expect a proper rectification for this.

   For a fast food restaurant with only a couple of other people in, the food was anything but fast. It also looked absolutely nothing like the menu picture. I had a plant based bacon double cheese burger, it was nice almost undistinguishable from the meat version.

   Absolutely appalling service. Stood at the till for over half an hour wanting to buy a hot drink, literally freezing outside, to be told they dont serve hot drinks at all in that Burger King. About 30 people, at least, were all refused service after me, despite the store being open. No warning, no signs on the door, people still entering as I and others were sent away. Its just not good enough! At least put signs on the door, or have someone stood there to let people know. And since when do Burger King not sell hot drinks??

   Bad customer service! Food, could give 3 stars! Another Burger King just 3 minutes by walking from here, the same cheese burger XL is £0.50 cheaper! I came here a month ago didn’t like it, but gave it a second chance, actually waisted time! Place is clean, it that’s not everything! Rubbish don’t come here!
