   I don’t agree with the bad reviews. The loveliest homely place for my son to stay over. The staff make him feel so happy and comfortable and reassure us as parents. Clean, calm and very organised with very professional and friendly staff.

   Total chaos in this place. They refuse to give information about their policies and procedures in place on safeguarding these vulnerable children. You get sent on a wild goose chase when being asked about basic safety protocols and how information is being shared And then as in all the comments below you get sent off to the feedback email address where the concerns are not addressed at all! There is no management control there at all. Night time staff are rude and dismissive. They try to reassure you, but it is a farce. Unbelievable behaviour.

   Staff are generally helpful and caring. Some needed improvements made and new management in. Seem to be going in the right direction so far. Still some minor shortcomings but overall a good service. Matthew is lovely..i see him getting negative comments but I suspect its the same person getting family to write these negative comments. My child has been going to Hollybank for several years now and i have never had a negative encounter with Matthew. He is always happy to help, clarify and make my child feel welcome. My child loves him. Andrew is great too.

   I do not usually leave reviews. I read some really negative comments below. I wanted to say this has not been our experience at all. Hollybank it’s self is a well maintained building that has just been updated. It’s bright and cheerful. All efforts have been made with consideration all the children’s needs. I have only ever seen the place look very clean and tidy. They even pop my child clothes in the wash if get used during her stay. Which is very helpful and appreciated. All the staff I have found to be warm and friendly. With complete commitment to treating all the children with love and care. The staff are very special people that should be commended for all their hard work. The staff go above and beyond to make each individual child happy. For example when my daughter when stays they get all the food she likes make they buy her favourite food like strawberries. This attention to detail is very heartwarming and means a lot as a parent. I have bumped in to a hollybank member of staff she recognised me and we had a lovely chat about my daughter. In other reviews below Pat the manager has was brought up I have always found her great to go to if I need help or information regarding my child. There are many staff that all deserve a shout out but I am just going to mention Matthew as he got some negative feed back. I believe this is completely unjustified. Matthew is an amazing nurse. He looks after the children with true care and compassion, while being always be professional. I am truly glad someone like him is looking after my child. He is kind, caring and funny my daughter loves him. Although I think she can be a little bit naughty for him, he takes this all in his stride. Especially as he time to get to know her so well. Any time he needs to know or check something about My child he will call me. I personally like him very much and appreciate all his had work. Appreciate all the hollybank and staff. I wish I could show my gratitude to each and every member of staff, they make a huge difference in the lives of families with special needs children. I feel so fortunate to have my child being looked after by such wonderful people.

   instead Of telling me I’m not a parent or carer how about you try to sort out your members of staff? Mathew has no respect and His behaviour is absolutely disgusting ! I am a FAMILY member to a child that attends Hollybank so I’ve seen and witnessed this unacceptable behaviour. So maybe sort out your staff instead of wasting time telling me that I’m not a parent or carer . I’m unhappy with how this has been dealt with. Is it professional to be rude and disrespect others ? NO. I will take matters into my own hands and contact Bromley health care service .
