I’ve stayed at the Savera 4 times now and I’m never disappointed. The hotel is warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. The rooms are a little old fashioned but have a cosy charm about them. The staff are very professional and polite and always happy to help. The Savera is situated right next door to the Central Line and you’re only 30 mins into Central London. For those who like shopping you can be in Westfield London in 15 mins. Ruislip has a great cinema a 10 min walk away from the hotel and plenty of cracking restaurants to suit all tastes (Lebo serves fab Lebanese food and the staff are brilliant) along with well known high street cafes and retailers. I eat in the hotel some of the time which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is beautifully cooked and really tasty (the spaghetti bolognese is amazing) and the Chef and his staff (Csila) really go the extra mile to make it an experience you’ll enjoy.

Thank you Samar and Sachin for making our event perfect. We hosted a ‘hen-do’ for a dozen of us on a Saturday at the end of November. We used the meeting room and with Sachin’s support agreed the layout and how we would use the room - it worked perfectly! We also had a buffet lunch which was very tasty and allowed everyone to pick from a range of items and graze for most of the afternoon! With great service in the day from Sachin, and support from Charlotte, the day went off a treat!

Our stay was for three weeks, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our visit truly enjoyable—especially Sachin. We first met him at reception, and he was brilliant. He quickly understood our food preferences and helped us choose exactly what we would enjoy. Vijay also provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms could use a slight upgrade, but the hotel’s location is excellent, right next to South Ruislip station. I will definitely return whenever I get the chance to stay in Ruislip. Great service and great people!

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family wedding and the reception which took place at the Crown Conference Centre. The rooms are quite dated alongside the ensuites and could do with more than a lick of paint. The door closer for our room prevented the doors on our wardrobe to open properly and generally, the room was depressing! There was a lot of shouting and loud talking going on late into the following morning until around 4:30/5am so not much rest at all. I ordered a Mixed Grill from the bar on the ground floor which was slightly bland and below average but it only go worse when I go to the chicken piece which was raw. I raised this with Sachin who took the piece back and confirmed with the chef that it was raw (my word wasn't good enough)! When the server returned to confirm the obvious, he offered another piece of chicken in compensation. I told the server, Sachin, that I don't want anymore food from the there after that and asked for a refund. The server said that they don't do refunds but instead, he'd like to pay for my drink. I told him that I've had my fill of drinks but as the food was raw, I'd like my money back, just as any other restaurant would do. However, he was adamant that they wouldn't be refunding and ended up giving me a drink. Very unprofessional, especially when the food served could have made either myself or someone else seriously ill! Breakfast was included in the price of the room but only a Continental and therefore had to pay extra for a full English. Some of the staff were very nice and others not so much, so no consistency there at all. Not done themselves any favours!

Stayed 5 nights and overall was very impressed. The bed was comfortable and, though the furnishings were a little dated, everything was functional and the room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across, without having to ‘spend a fortune’, and the curries on the evening menu tasted like ‘real homemade cooking’….I tried 4 of them…enjoyed all of them and can highly recommend the Lamb Curry and the Butter Chicken! Add to that the convenient location (which does bring some noise from a busy road and proximity to South Ruislip station), secure parking, and reasonable pricing, and I would highly recommend it.

They had a microwave on the room, which was super handy as we went to the supermarket in front of the hotel and was able to cook food. The shower is lovely, hot water and nice pressure. Beds were comfy and room would get warm and cosy. They charge for parking but it’s £10 for the whole stay, which I think it’s fair considering it’s London and they are so close to a tube station. We left the car at the hotel and took the tube to town. The breakfast included was simple, no hot food included which they don’t disclose beforehand but it was enough. You still have coffee, tea, juice, toast, fruit, yogurt and cereals. They provided a gluten free cereal box for my mum and was also able to provide oat milk to us when we requested.

they didn’t have Wi-Fi. I stayed there 4 nights and they didn’t have work connection. that lied to me everyday, that the Wi-Fi will be fixed. I read in other comments that problem problem is always. waste of time and money because it wasn’t cheap. and in the prize, the Wi-Fi was included. so disappointed. The staff what is rude sometimes. the lady that cleaned our room forgot two times the window open and the room was very cold. They forgot hair dryer and towels. The room wasn’t the same surge photo. The door didn’t lock so I didn’t feel safe. Every day the breakfast that was included in the price it was the same boring breakfast. so disappointing that they book this room for the Wi-Fi and the location and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. of course they didn’t give some of my money back because of this big problem. I don’t recommend this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Very very disappointing after calling ahead & booking a room for 2 adults & 2 kids. Arrived late to find one double bed & a small single that hardly fit 2 growing boys. Spent the first night with 2 kids awake half the night. Requested more bedding to make a bed on the floor, 3 times I asked & NO EXTRA bedding arrived. Continental breakfast included in overnight rate & is priced at £8.95. We were meeting a family member for breakfast so ordered 3 full English breakfasts, listed as £10.95 on menu. Went outside to finish coffee & waitress chased after us, as if we were doing a runner! Horrified to see the bill was £35 rather than be billed for one full breakfast, for our guest, and the difference between 2 continentals & the English breakfasts. Receptionist & another staff member were v rude in response about breakfast & suggested we shouldve used their website to book. I let her know we had in fact telephoned & spoken to a receptionist re needing our 2 boys to have beds due to their special needs. She was extremely uninterested but agreed that she would ensure we had extra bedding for our second night, she let us down again. The male receptionist when we booked in was extremely professional, helpful & welcoming as were the breakfast & bar staff.
