   Such a lovely experience from start to finish! The team here are warm, attentive, and always smiling, which made me feel so welcome. The whole property is spotless, and I really appreciated how beautifully the gardens and outdoor spaces are cared for—it gave the hotel such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The meals were fresh and delicious, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the area...Pinewood studios...Windsor Castle...

   Avoid this place during summer...or maybe always. Rooms are not like the photos. We had dirty carpet, stept owhen entering the bathroom. It advertises with airco, well dont now what they mean, but the thing only makes noise and blows a bit of air...not even cold! You are left with a fan. Room was bloody hot and you can open the windows, but then you cant sleep because there ia a party going. Shower in the bath, but be carefull while trying to mix the right tempreture. Also the damn thing gets pulled off. Lift is out order, but looking back at some other reviews, seems to be more then a year. I haven seen reviews on Agoda with 10 poonts. These must be trolls, no one with a right mind will give 10 points.

   We hired the Pinewood hotel as a wedding venue. The hotel sits in beautiful well manicured grounds. On a lovely sunny day this venue is exceptional for a wedding with loads of outside space and picturesque grounds for photographs. The main function room was prepared beautifully as well. The three course meal was very good with a good choice of wines, starters, main courses and desserts. What sets this hotel apart is the superb service from its staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the day ran smoothly throughout. I cannot thank them enough. It is true that the hotel could do with some updating and maintenance in some parts, particularly in some of the rooms but overall we had a wonderful experience and all the guests seemed to have a very enjoyable day.

   Friendly staff; clean room; nice restaurant; lovely grounds; BUT no Wi-Fi in room (used lobby Wi-Fi); lift not working (wasn't working 5 mos ago, either); car park flooded extensively during heavy rainfall.

   Nice room. Didn't think much of the restaurant. Parking lot had about 3 inches of water in it. My only HUGE complaint was that an outside door was left propped open all night.

   After arriving we where greeted by a very friendly gentleman (cole) he gave us our room card and directed us to our room. It was very small and practically falling apart, After 45 minutes of contemplating whether or not to complain I plucked up the courage to do so (which I do not normally do) After explaining my problems such as the wardrobe not opening due to a light being in the way, the door handle falling off of the toilet door aswell as the obvious damp from the top of the room, we where shown to a different room which was perfect a queen sized bed, coffee machine, TV, working air con and heating aswell as a beautiful bathroom with a working handle. Cole was amazing and probably the reason I'm rating 3 stars (otherwise it would be less). PAT test was also 4 years out of date

   Had afternoon tea here today and it was the best we've ever had. The food was delicious and plenty of it, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Would highly recommend it for a lovely treat.
