Stay away from this hotel. Bathroom is very dirty and no air-conditioning. Staff are not helpful and from foreign countries. Staff find it difficult to explain in English and no manger around to talk to. Insects crawl everywhere and the mattresses are ready for the dump. Smelly hotel and you wouldnt even wash your face in the basin

I can honestly say I've never stayed in a hotel as bad as this. When we arrived, we pulled up to the electric gates and called reception to let us in, so our first impressions were good, unfortunately that's where it ended. At reception we were asked for ID and told that we could not stay without it. We were told that this was a request from the police and were pointed to a notice served by the local council. At this point we really should have gone elsewhere, but due to it being so late and having come from Yorkshire we had little choice but to stay. As for the rooms, they were run down, tatty, lights flickering in the bathroom even though the power was off, windows were jammed open, TV was not working and the key card holder for the electric to the room was hanging off the wall. This place was not deserving of any stars, and I would recommend that if you are thinking of staying...Don't!!

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the same venue but regret doing so. Our room stank of cigarette smoke and was unclean. The air con control was smashed so didn't work, it was flashing and we had to cover it overnight as this was so bright. By far the worst was the bathroom which had black mold all over the ceiling. There was a blind in the room but it didn't keep out much light. Our "view" was a car park which had a shopping trolley, old bed and old child's cot dumped in it. It was quite loud once other guests were on the move in the morning. Won't stay here again and recommend everyone to avoid.

I had a two-day reservation for a twin bed room at this hotel. On the first day, I had a comfortable rest after a long day. However, on the second day, as I was leaving the hotel, I discovered that the room did not lock properly and relied on an interior latch. I spoke to the receptionist, who promptly offered me another room. When I returned to the new room later that day, I found it to be quite chilly. I attempted to turn on the radiator, but it did not improve the temperature. After contacting the reception, I was informed that the radiator was not functioning properly. The staff kindly offered me yet another room, this time with a double bed, but it also had heating issues. I also noticed that the first room did not have a kettle for making coffee or tea, and there was no phone to contact reception. The second room had a kettle and a phone, but the third room had neither. I was disappointed by the lack of essential amenities in the rooms.

Wallpaper peeling from the wall, TV remote not working which meant there was no TV, clientele not warned against sleeping guests, squeaky door to the accommodation (next to my room), staff fast asleep at the front desk when I wanted to nip out and a double room which had 2 single mattresses made up as 1 The hotel could be so much better as it's a cracking building. One of the better hotel showers I've experienced Never again
