Avoid at all cost, operated by OYO hotels and they are not joking when they say On Your Own! Waited in freezing weather for door codes that where wrong and then at 1:30am told that the hotel can’t take the booking for tonight so they can refund the one night and continue from tomorrow! Why after I have spent the night now on the streets do you think i would want to stay the next few nights at your hotel. The staff on the phone had no idea of what to do and struggled with even basic English making everything harder when communicating, then when asking for a manager, shock horror they was out of office. This lot could not follow thier own noise down a one way street. Avoid avoid avoid is my advice.

Customer service is good, but room is not in good condition, bedsheet is not washed properly, there is no microwave oven, kettle, no hotwater in the hand wash area. For staying it should be soo right.

I had the worst nightmare experience. The staff was ill mannered, no basic courtesy, no standard, no professionalism. The room was tiny, short in height, stained linen, dirty towels. Bathroom is the worst. Very dirty and unhygienic. I can forget about all of these issues because I was looking for a short stay in a cheap hotel due to my flight cancellation. But that is not the end. I was being robbed and my wallet was taken while I was asleep. The window has no lock. It is accessible to any one. Besides I feel like the hotel is hiding something. They are very reserved in their speech. No smile. Looks like they are scared or anxious for so many reasons whatsoever.

New comment: I have emailed the help guest support as instructed to no success I have not receive any reply or resolve for the fine I received whilst staying at this hotel. Please reply to this review with an update on my case and fine from your property as this seems to be the only way to get a response! previous review: I stayed at your property in March and arrived in the dark, where your staff kindly let me in. Since then, I’ve received a parking fine, despite the booking stating that parking was free. I was advised by pub staff to drop the fine notice in for them to handle, which I did. Despite this, nothing was resolved, and the issue has now escalated to a bailiff agency, increasing the fine from £50 to £170. I’ve also emailed copies of the fines, but still no resolution. I feel I’m being penalised for something beyond my control. This has caused unnecessary stress, and I cannot afford further escalation. Please urgently advise how this can be resolved. For context, the room itself was also very disappointing

Perfect for what you pay for, cheap and cheerful and near the airport. The staff are so lovely. Marco was in bed and got up to unlock the door as I had left my jacket in the bar (after hours). The drinks are cheap and it has pool and darts. Would definitely recommend. Marco is a legend!!

Filthy but Convenient An old dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and a broken chest of drawers with dirty tissues inside where just a few things wrong with this room. That said the bed sheets were clean and it's minutes from T5

Absolutely awful, do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this b and b. We communicated before arrival that we would arrive at 11pm yet the place was deserted when we arrived having pre paid for the room. After 45 minutes of walking and waiting in the cold one of the staff woke up and put us in a room. The first room had already been slept in so he brought us to another room. This room was absolutely horrifying. There were giant cobwebs all around the room. Dirty mats on the table the sheets smelt like stale BO. The window sill of the room had been disintegrating for some time and the bed was situated right next to this. Seeing as we were only there for less than 6 hours and just needed to close our eyes before our next flight we decided to stay and it was almost midnight at the time. Will be requesting a full refund for having to endure this experience.

Guys, For God sake, please stay away from this filthy hotel. It is not at all suitable for a family. Never pay for this hotel in advance or you will loose whole amount and there are no chances of getting refund. Room was is not in hotel and it is above a garage outside in the garden and we have to climb up to go into the attic. The photos for standard tripple room is not the same as shown in photo's. You need to access through risky metal stairs and slippery decking boards outside the door. The list of Issues are broad but it would be useful for anyone to read the reviews before booking this hotel. --> Room door lock is not working (security threat) how can you leave stuff behind without locking the room door. --> No smoke detectors in the room(fire threat) --> Bathroom doesn't have any door --> There are Holes in the walls --> No blinds on the windows --> Broken Electric switch board fallling off from the wall (electric hazard) --> Gas heating is not working and electric heater was attached. --> No cleanliness in the bathrooms or corridor --> Beds are broken and with stains and no drawers --> Broken ceiling and not sure when the plasterboard will fall off. --> Slippery boards outside the room door covered in moss which is slippery --> Risky Metal stairs for my kids. --> No exhaust fan in the bathroom --> No cupboard at all in the room. --> No lights to walk on stairs. I went to reception to ask and mention above the issues and the guy at the reception said that this is what you can expect from a 2 star hotel. Even the bedding is having holes and god knows how long were they using the bedding for. The room is not at all suitable for my family and kids and it is like a pigeon/birds room. Upon contacting OYO, they have mentioned only one point that the room was clean, and avoided all the issues which I mentioned in their email. I will never book hotel with OYO since they are running the horrible hotels where the owners are not able to operate. There isn't a ZERO to review or else I would have given zero to this hotel.

I’ve been in customer care for 30 years and am very conscious of how hard hospitality can be. But this place was appalling. Filthy. Thick layer of dust on everything and the bathrooms were what made me decide to get out and pay for somewhere else to stay. The landlord was nice and apologetic and said he’d give me a refund but that didn’t happen. Don’t know who to thank for that but I had a pretty rubbish response from the company. Hope if you stay you go on a day they clean the toilet, pick up dirty towels lying on the floor, bin empty beer bottles and buy toilet paper! Awful experience. Still feel sick.
