Friendly staff, also super helpful! Hotel is very clean, room was spotless, bed really comfortable. Really close to town. We've stayed here several times and the rooms have always been perfect

Great location, great value, and great breakfast. Of all the Premier Inns that we have stayed in across Europe, this was one of the nicest and best located. Right in the middle of the city so you can easily walk anywhere and plenty of food options all around. Room was clean and baby beds were set up for our 2 babies on arrival just as we had requested beforehand. The only thing I would say was a slight negative about the room was that there was a bit of wear on some of the walls and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang things like toiletry bags, but these are very minor and did not retract from our stay. Breakfast is delicious and has loads of options for everybody! The biggest negative for me was the lack of staff. Personally, I really don't like how slow the self-check in system is and how every time you need someone from the front desk, you have to ring a button to call someone. However, they were usually quite quick to respond. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

As a family of 4, we stayed here for 2 nights as a base camp for day visits to Chessington and Legoland. Both are half hour drives away. Was a bit concerned reading reviews but we found it to meet our expectations for a budget-friendly hotel offering the basics. Bedroom and beds were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner but still very much usable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating towards allergens in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Multistory car park just across the street, we paid £12 one night and £15 the other, so not extortionate for city parking. Plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only thing I did note was that anyone could walk in off the street and wander around corridors (unlikely I know but with young kids I’m paranoid) as, besides bedrooms, all other lifts/landings/hallways were accessible without a room card. Other than that our stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

Initially I was a bit worried as some previous reviews were so bad… but we had a GREAT stay. Room was clean, had air con. Beds were comfortable. House cleaning turned the room everyday and provided fresh towels. Water was hot. Breakfast was great, a chef cooking fresh eggs to order amongst lots of other choice. Coffee from the machine was better than some of the fancier hotels I stay in too. Staff were kind and helpful. We had one issue with a guest staying next door and it was swiftly dealt with. Location is great, closest to the nicest part of Woking, yet hotel is in a quiet spot. Great value for money, will certainly stay again

This was, without question, the most disappointing and frustrating hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I was fined for smoking in the room, and while I fully accept responsibility for that, I made it absolutely clear on multiple occasions that I did not want the charge applied to the company card. I personally offered to pay using my own card and went down to reception several times to do so. Each time, I was told the card machine was “not working.” On the third day, I was finally able to pay the fine myself. Despite that, another charge was still processed on the company card, completely ignoring my repeated and documented requests. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable for any hotel. To make things worse, the staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and lacked even basic hospitality. There was no sense of professionalism, and every interaction felt dismissive and cold. The breakfast was equally disappointing, extremely dry, and low quality. For the price being charged, the standard was shockingly poor. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel. Between the poor service, mishandling of payment, unprofessional staff, and disappointing food quality, it was a deeply unpleasant experience from start to finish.

Stayed for an overnight stay for work. The room was clean but is seriously outdated also very loud. If it isn’t the noise from people slamming doors, the room that I stayed in room 912 was next to the laundry as all I could hear was running and water machines running and loud bangs, not something you need when you need to get up early for the train the next morning. also after a long day in London it wasn’t helpful. There was no restaurant and the wine choice was like vinegar wouldn’t stay again if I can help it

Not a great stay at this premier Inn due to service. Bed had a dip in it - unusual for Premier Inn. Only one set of towels, asked for more and were given a cot blanket! No restaurant service in evening due to no chef. We asked for the room to be serviced on the second day but it wasn't. :-(

As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.

A sad Premier Inn, that’s dated and in need of upgrading with staff that really don’t care. I was particularly frustrated with the quality of customer service. The bar did not sell bottled water so I had to use the vending machine in reception, it took my cash, but did not dispense the water and would not return the money. The reception staff simply said they couldn’t do anything and denied responsibility as it’s not their machine, despite that fact it’s positioned in their hotel. I had booked 7 rooms that night but will use another hotel for our November meeting.
