   Found a bedbug. Need I say more? I will anyway, in case that's not enough to dissuade you, brave traveler. Upon finding a bedbug in my roommate, I notified staff immediately. Their response? "Not again!! We just fumigated a couple of weeks ago." Clearly bedbug infestation is an ongoing problem for this hotel. I was assured a refund immediately the next day. However, over a month has passed, and I have not yet received a refund, despite reaching out again to staff. Take my recommendation and spend a little more to stay at the Sheraton next door.

   I got exactly what I expected. The host was friendly when I arrived (which was close to the cutoff at 11 p.m. because of a flight delay), and he took me to my room. The room and restroom were very neat and clean for the price range, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable option near Heathrow. Also the location is less than a 10 minute walk to a bus station that has routes straight to the airport.

   Do not go here. This is the absolute worst. And I've stayed in hostels around the world. This is terrifying and they don't offer refunds. You don't feel safe and it is not clean at all. Just look for anywhere else. I booked but could not even sleep and needed to book another room immediately. I wasn't given an type of refund. I have never written a negative review. I just felt like it was this important to let people know not to trust this as an option.

   Not very impressive, and I definitely wouldn’t come here again. It’s cheap but not cheerful, very close to the airport so if you only want a cheap overnight stay it may just about be okay for you. In desperate need of updating, even just fixing the current Fittings would be an advantage as although previous customers had reported the shower not working, the proprietor had not bothered to get it fixed Seems to do the minimal basic amount to get customers in, no attention to detail, things simply done as cheaply as possible. There was damp in my room, broken curtains, broken shower, blocked sink, dirty cup on arrival and I didn’t sleep very well here. There are five rooms, but only two parking places which inevitably leads to problems as you have to pay for on street parking Monday to Saturday 9-5. I requested a parking space on my booking, but was unable to get one on arrival.

   A nice experience in an SME property. I particularly liked the Landlord, non obtrusive and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Would return and recommend.

   It was overall good. The mattress was a little hard and there was no towel for the shower, and no hand soap for washing hands though. But it was clean, had a large shower, and fairly spacious.

   I couldn't stand the smell of the room, so I left again, and indeed did not stay. I got my money back, so service was great. Good location also. Just bring some clorox. I am not saying this to hurt anyone's feelings, just my two cents, and hoping guests after me don't experience this issue.

   I like the place. It was quite, clean, and close to airport. If one has to find cheap hotel along with peace of mind just go for it. I also thank the receptionist for his warm welcome and helpful behaviour, though he doesn’t understood English perfectly but he is very nice guy. Overall no issues with the place
