A well deserved 5 stars and if we could give more we most certainly would. The service was second to none. We were given all the time needed for my wife to try out a mobility scooter. She was able to try it out first inside the store and then Kaeran encouraged her to try it outside. It didn’t take long for her to feel comfortable with it so we decided to buy the Rascal Vie model. We arranged delivery for Thursday and Graham brought it at the time we had arranged. Graham showed me again how to dismantle the scooter and reassemble it and answered all my questions. We will most certainly use Countrywide again for any other items we might need to buy. Thank you Kaeran and Graham.

This is a customer reviews I have read other reviews on poor management and ill trestinf of staff so felt that a customer review in necessary. I feel that Google review is for customers to share their experience. I ordered an adjustable bed in September with est delivery approx 6 to 12 weeks. My order arrived on Wednesday and was delivered and assembled today in my property. Jenna and Gaham were fantastic and could not do more for us. They updated us on delivery time scale and the infomation in store was great. Steve and Graham delivered my bed and installed if in a professional manner. I had shopped around and found this company by far the best on quality for the price. Thank you to everyone.
There wasn’t an option to give it a zero star otherwise that’s what it would have been ! This company is notorious for how they treat their staff since the new management have arrived earlier this year! When will the managing director realise they are ruining his company with high staff turn over and long standing employees leaving who’s dedicated many years to this company !! The managing director needs to stop burying his head in the sand as this used to be a fantastic company to work for. They give little to no concern to mental health and expect their staff to work like robots and are spoken to with no respects whatsoever!! The arrogance that oozes from them is sickening. If you value yourself and have any self respect you will avoid like the plague!
Horrible service. On top of bad customer service they treat their hardworking employees like expendable resources. They are not worthy of your money or time. If you have a choice, take my advice and do business elsewhere.
