This place is worse to stay, it’s pub & they play music till 2am so u can’t sleep & most annoying thing is there room & toilets which r not clean, even the staff do bother to listen customers. Most disappointed place ever I stayed in. Who ever is thinking about this place as it’s cheaper I would suggest to think twice or more. Not worth it.

They are so rude, they didn't allow me to checkin just 10 mins delay at night due to flight delayed, all the night I spent in airport and they never made refund fully.they don't know how to respect people. The lady was so rude. And also very far from airport. I recommend stay away as much as possible.

The room itself was a bit worn down and the place looked a bit old however keep in mind it is on top of an older style pub so that is to be expected. Location was great lots of little stores around and places to eat and also near the station . Loud music until 2am on a Saturday night but again it is on top of a pub with late opening hours which you should check before arrival if you sleep early. The staff were amazing , Sophie in particular was super kind and sorted my room out within minutes. The staff cleaner was also nice I don’t remember her name but she was a young Asian girl with brown hair, when I arrived any request I had cleaning wise she did within seconds. Really nice people

Absolute nightmare Avoid or you will regret so bad, Rooms window was not closing I informed the staff within first 10 mins, he came tried to close but it wasn’t getting closed, I asked for alternative rooms, its located on a main road so the sounds of cars's engine wont let you rest and beside the loud music coming from the bar downstairs, hotel and pub are located within same reception, after 30 mins I was told by the staff we don't have alternative room and we can't resovle the window, cancle on booking and you will get full refund. I did, First booking.com contacted hotel and said that manager have said I have will refund partially because i have stayed there one hour, despite me reporting issue within first 10 mins and not receiving service I have paid for, then I explained the situation to booking and booking called and emailed they never answered, booming.com said to me we have to wait 48 hours for the hotel to responde, in which they didn't, booking.com says go to hotel directly, I go to hotel and manager says speak with booking.com. the manger was respectful, but the boss is one stingy, greedy, pathetic man who has no respect or manner, My only issue was that I never read the reviews before booming this nightmare hotel. I promise you will regret 1000000% booking this hotel thinking it's cheap, shower or toilet aren't located within the room, drunk people are everywhere. Not really suitable for professionals and families. I will make sure everyone sees and knows your true colours. You won't refund me ? I won't stop alerting people of your nightmare hotel. This is just the first attempt.

not even a hotel, just rooms above the White Bear bar the bar blasted music until 2am in the morning and people hang out outside until 3am, impossible to sleep. Horrible. surprisingly this is allowed in UK. how are people sleep? and the amenities in the hotel everything is falling apart, carpet is stained, bathrooms disgusting, people pee all over and leave it. Mattress is basically from garbage dump.

Okay. Where do i start? This is the worst place we have ever stayed! Upon arrival there is no differential between the pub and the hotel. The lady working behind the bar had to do everything! We felt sorry for her. She had very little support from the owner who was drinking with the punters. The barwoman had to fend for herself. The room was small and untidy. Just one small towel provided for both of us. Had to ask for more towels. The carpets were not kept clean. The stairways were dirty. We paid £44 but would have paid a little extra to go elsewhere. The shared bathrooms were not kept tidy either. Im not one give a bad review. We've stayed in many budget hotels, but do not use this hotel unless there is really no option. Go elsewhere. Location is fine.

Had a nice stay. Our room was very small with almost no ventilation. The shared bathrooms very spacious and relatively clean. There is a fairly priced pub downstairs. Hounslow east Underground station is a 4 minutes walk away.

Loud music until midnight wasn't helpful when we needed to be up early but it's above a pub full of young people so what do you expect. Walls in the room were filthy, stains on the curtains, peoples hairs on the bed... I had to go to the kitchen in the pub for a fork but other than that people were nice.

If you are a traveller staying here, please do not judge the UK on this experience. My partner and I lived in London for 9 months and the UK for almost 2 years, but this was the last place we stayed before leaving to be close to the airport. You definitely get what you pay for here, with the rooms being very basic and what you would expect for the price. The staff also seemed friendly and were doing their best during the COVID19 pandemic, but we were not prepared for the other people staying there. A shirtless/maskless gentleman passing the tight hallways talking on the phone and blocking our exit/entrance who then proceeded to use the shared toilet without closing the door or washing his hands. A bunch of kids running through the halls while who I assume was their mother washed stacks of dishes in the bathroom sink. Later that night the room next door was excessively loud, but this is to be expected above a pub. As mentioned before, this is not the fault of the staff, just bad luck on our part. The saving grace was the cheap drinks and immaculate food downstairs at the White Bear, but that's a story for another review.
