   I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Tolworth, and I can’t praise it highly enough. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff truly make this hotel exceptional. A person to mention was ‘Mani’ who was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. From check-in to check-out, he went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Any requests were handled promptly and with genuine friendliness, which really made my family feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed lived up to Premier Inn’s famous reputation for a great night’s sleep – quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was clearly well maintained. The location is another big plus. Premier Inn Tolworth is conveniently situated with easy access to public transport, major roads, and nearby shops and restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a great base for getting around London and the surrounding areas.

   My personal experience is that Premier inn is the best of the budget hotels and Tolworth is no different. Made to feel welcome on arrival and the lady on reception took an extra step to confirm that. Easy check in, the usual excellent room standard and a great breakfast. Highly recommended

   I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.

   I recently stayed at Premier Inn Tolworth and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. A special mention goes to Mani, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. His warm personality and professionalism really made a difference and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The rest of the team were also great: polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed, exactly what you expect from Premier Inn, but the staff here truly elevate the experience. Thank you to Mani and everyone at Premier Inn Tolworth for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning! Thank you

   Great stay here. Rooms were surprisingly quiet even though I was over looking the main road. Had a good nights asleep. Service from the lady on the desk was friendly and efficient and the breakfast was brilliant. One of the best I've had at premier inns. Underground Parking is available at £13 for the night via a voucher you get from reception and there is a lift that takes you from the car park to reception which is handy. Will stay again when I'm in the area.

   The 5 stars are for the staff, who are outstanding. They're generous with their information and level of service. The parking experience is quite daunting, it's basically a narrow route underground, which is supposed to be used by two way traffic. The car park is pretty smelly when you get there.

   Firstly Rachel helped me with a problem I had at another premier inn. She’s excellent! I actually know her from somewhere else and after no luck sorting a problem at the other premier inn she helped me solve my problem. Excellent service from her! Room comfy and fairly clean. Bit pricey but I would stay there again. Tea and coffee in room. Cleaner disturbed me (no sign to hang on door). Towels seem ok but I used my own as their towels too small and hard. Had a restaurant/bar area. You could get more tea, coffee, milk etc at reception but nobody there at reception. Room not bad but no ventilation. Outside area for smoking but no shelter if raining. Can’t say what food is like as didn’t order as they only had £25 meal deal. Room not bad. Shower could do with better toiletries instead of a hair and body wash combo. Would visit again if had no other option. Rachel made my stay comfortable. Cannot compliment her enough. Excellent service from her!

   We stay there frequently and it's really good value if you book well in advance. Been to there restaurant downstairs a few times and always another hiccup, always takes forever to get service and then takes forever to actually get the food you have ordered. Other than that the rooms are great and the beds are comfortable.

   A very clean and comfortable hotel, surprisingly quiet considering how close to the A3 and the railway station it is. My room was facing both of these and they didn't disturb me at all, and I'm a light sleeper. Room was very clean and comfortable with all the normal fittings you would expect in a Premier Inn. Parking is under the hotel and I managed to get a space every day without any problem. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast served everyday. Will definitely consider this hotel again when I next work in the area.
