Did not stay here overnight however leaving review due to a great staff experience. Came by for the Rugby League Ashes and my phone was almost dead due to a broken cable on the way down, when I came by the hotel, I spoke to one of the security guards (didnβt catch his name as I wish I could thank publicly by name) who despite the hotel being closed to the public at the time, took my phone inside and allowed for it to be charged for around 10 minutes before I had to go. Top service when there didnβt have to be so he deserves all the credit should there be any available, a great asset to your team.

We stayed at this hotel for four days during our visit to London, and while there are some positives, there are notable drawbacks. The hotel features a modern and clean setup, but the elevator is frustratingly slow. Only one elevator is working and stops in every floor even without passengers. Our room was nice, clean and there was no fridge provided. The bathroom was satisfactory, but the towels were frayed, even though they were changed daily. Unfortunately, the bedding was not refreshed at all during our four-day stay. Instead of a local intercom for assistance, the hotel relies on a WhatsApp account for communication regarding room concerns, which feels outdated. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and courteous, which we appreciated. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently offering a variety of dining options, grocery stores, and a kids' playground, including proximity to Wembley Park, the stadium, the subway, and the railway station, as well as the London Designer Outletβprovided thereβs no event at Wembley Stadium. Overall, the price is affordable, but be aware that rates can surge during events at the stadium.

Stayed two nights as we were at a gig at the stadium. Location is fantastic - right next to the stadium and station and near great shops and restaurants. The room was small, but it had everything we needed - beds were comfortable and it was very quiet- so much so we slept late the first morning and missed breakfast! But there are plenty places for a good brunch nearby. Had breakfast day 2 - good selection of hot and cold dishes. Efficient staff kept the tables cleared and clean and the food topped up as it was very busy that morning. All in all would recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again if we need to be in Wembley.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the great service and relaxing atmosphere. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience

Brilliant hotel we stayed in on our visit to wembley stadium to watch the lionesses. Very modern and clean hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast on the mezzanine level in the morning was very good and a buffet style with hot foods and continental styles available. All worth the money to eat. The bar on the ground floor provides a good area and live music before we left for the match. The showers are nice and powerful and good temperatures. The beds were comfy and easily to fall asleep in. The corridors were quiet as we were on the 9th floor. We will definitely be staying here again, brilliant service by all.

Nice rooms with big bed and writing desk. An open closet available, but no safe. A strange looking bathroom capsule is in the room, but suits the needs. Rooms are clean, view from higher floors nice. Staff is ultra friendly. Breakfast is nothing special. If you're willing to eat sausages, beans etc. in the morning, you're in the right place. If you want diversity, not so much. Breakfast area can get crowded, and when this happened, kitchen was not able to follow the demand - occasionally, bread - baguette or toast was not available, with already limited availability on ham and sausages or even more limited cheese selection. Again: clean hotel and friendly staff. While amenities suit the 'budget' hotel, the price could be more 'user friendly'

We stayed 2 nights in the Ibis Wembley. It was great! The staff are very friendly and check in was smooth. The lift has this weird system where you slide in your room key and insert the number of your room.We had an option to choose what floor we wanted on arrival. Our room had the view of the stadium which was very nice and beautiful however the room size is small for two people. The shower is lovely and very nice.Overall the room was clean and a perfect option if you are on a tight budget.I booked through a different website hence cheap. The hotel also has an ironing room which was very useful to us and the hotel is at a perfect location!

Great location if you're seeing an event at Wembley. Our room was basic although was enough for us, tea and coffee was provided. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There is a well stocked bar with a friendly bar team and a nice area to relax. I'll be going back to this hotel as also good value. Nice view from the room of Wembley Stadium.

Easy to get to, check in was easy and staff was very friendly. View was great. The room was simple, you get what you pay for, no mini fridge that charges you the second you open it (which I prefer). Bathroom was small but very space efficient. Breakfast was really nice, I had stayed in the Hyatt in Stratford the night before and the breakfast here was miles better. My hotel key card stopped working (I'm assuming due to the magnet on my phone), so I went down to reception and they fixed it instantly. Large window allowed lots of natural light during the day, however at night I found the room to be quite dimly lit, even with all the lights on, that was my only complaint. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a short / cheap stay in London. Ideal if youβre planning to see an event at Wembley. My room even had a window view of Wembley itself which was incredible to see morning and night. Hotel was very close to the Tube so youβre connected to the sights of London, however Wembley station is quite a distance from London Centre so is quite costly to and from Wembley. But like I said, fantastic location for an event at Wembley
