Very disappointing experience. I usually stay at Ramada, but this branch was shocking. The room was disgusting and far below Ramada standards. The staff attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. If you are traveling with a child, you are forced to stay on the ground floor with no choice of room, which was handled poorly. This hotel does not represent the Ramada brand at all. Ramada branches in Turkey, for example, maintain much higher standards. This property should seriously reconsider using the Ramada name.

My recent stay at the Ramada London North M1 was genuinely superb. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the exceptional kindness of the staff. It is, without doubt, one of the finest hotels I have visited in London. The atmosphere was calm, the facilities were well maintained, and every interaction with the team was warm and courteous. My sincere greetings and thanks go out to all the staff for their outstanding hospitality. Although the immediate area is quiet, transport links are excellent. A short bus ride will take you directly to Edgware Centre, where you can enjoy a selection of restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as access the Underground for an easy journey into Central London. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

I didnt choose this hotel as it was paid through my local authority employer. Ive found that £42 is what was paid for a room. If you want a bed thats what you will get. My visit entailed a breakdown of the hotel heating system and they were issuing oil filled radiators to patrons. I think the workers in this hotel deserve a medal and i must say a lovely friendly helpful Reception guy was really helpful. I was moved to an executive suite because room 130 had an awful sewerage smell in the room which was unbelieveable. The executive suite appeared no different than having a bigger bed and an ironing board and iron in the corner of the room. After about 1 hour the lights went off and there was a loud continuous buzzing sound from the electric card slot and it only stopped when i pulled it out. This room was warm so it was a bonus given it was the coldest night in November 2025. If you are coming here, make sure you have very low expections. The staff are lovely however, and they likely need a pay rise for what they put up with from disappointed customers. Unlike Arnold i WONT be back

There's a lot of very bad reviews for this hotel, so much so, that upon reading them I nearly just booked somewhere else, losing out on the £50 I'd paid for the room. I'm glad I didn't. Look, you certainly get what you pay for here, this isn't the Ritz. But my room was really clean, there was no mould. The TV worked, the kettle was clean, the towels and bedding were fresh. There is only once plug socket, but I didn't find that an issue.Yes, I could hear the train line, but it wasn't intrusive. The staff weren't exactly falling over themselves to welcome me, but they were helpful and efficient. For a solo business trip it was ideal. I'm self employed so cost is a big factor, and for the money, you get a huge room (especially for London) a decent night's kip and some very passable food. Would I take my family there? Probably not, it was very male worker heavy and not the best for families in my opinion. But it's a perfect location. Breakfast is served from 6am which meant I was up, had breakfast and was in central London by 8:30. Would book again.

The service and amenities were completely unacceptable. The address was listed inside the service center, but it wasn't clearly stated. The room was extremely filthy, with hair and mold everywhere, and the bathroom and toilet looked like they had never been cleaned. The worst part was, we booked a family room, but they gave us two mattresses to sleep on the floor. When we reported this to reception, they said it was a basic package and there was no other solution. Sleeping on carpet like this can easily cause skin allergies, and sleeping on the floor in cold weather can easily lead to illness. We paid for a family room, but ended up getting such a cheap arrangement. It's absolutely unacceptable. When we noticed the bathroom light was flickering constantly and asked for it to be repaired, reception said they didn't have maintenance staff at night and told us to wait until the next morning. Aside from being close to where we wanted to go, the room had absolutely no redeeming features.

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. Just nice really. No problems at all. Comfy beds, decent soundproofing walls. One downside is the heater noise but that's a given. Slept well. Shame have to go back home.

Room was clean and location was good for what we needed. However, the smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors was horrible despite being non smoking rooms. One of the lifts was not working, and a staff member openly told us it hadn't been for 5 years. We could hear the lift moving from our room, very loud noise. We also had a member of the cleaning staff walk into our room unannounced in the morning, which was obviously a mistake of the hotel thinking the room was empty. When we complained, the best they could do was apologise. Would not recommend or stay there again.

This is a very basic hotel. Beds are comfy. The staff are really nice which is why I bumped it from 3 to 4 but please take notice before you book here: -it is VERY DIFFICULT to get an Uber to and from this hotel. It’s in the middle of a highway and awkward position so no one wants to go here. Me and other guests were waiting over an hour for a ride one morning - it is not walkable to anything - there’s only 2 electrical plugs in the room none in the bathroom and none by the beds -lighting is terrible in the room But again the beds were comfy and the staff were super nice and the Starbucks and restaurant downstairs were good. I wouldn’t stay again considering how difficult it is to get to and from the hotel but it’s good for a one night stop in your car commuting stay

I visited Ramada last week with my wife and it was good experience to stay with Ramada staff is excellent they were very friendly and helpful. specially Mr Pavlin as a manager was excellent and sort out our little small issues straightaway with speedy response. Also rooms are very clean and comfortable. To be fair it needs updating , Good value for money .

This was absolute trash. Got our first room key and and when we walked in the room, it was occupied! Someone was literally living in the room. We went back to reception and got another room key, went into the new room and when we walked in it stank. Guess what? The toilet was leaking. We went back to reception AGAIN and they told us they were OVERBOOKED and had no rooms left. They said that the best they could do was send someone round with an air freshener. We ended up leaving and getting a refund then going to a Holiday Inn which was so much better. Please never go to one of these hotels they overbook their rooms like cheap airlines and will quite happily put you in a room with a bathroom covered in sewage and oh so kindly offer you some air freshener to solve the problem.
