I had a good stay, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the shower which wasn’t draining well and kept flooding the bathroom. Otherwise, awesome hotel. I would stay there again.
Excellent and friendly reception staff. Rooms were okay. Heating didn't seem to work particularly well. My wife found the room very coldLovely rooms. Great welcome when I arrived
We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.
Basic hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms basic. Odd beds with very thin mattress. Bathrooms are like a purpose built porta shower place in the room. Could smell drains when going for shower. Basic breakfast. I think the hotel needs to enforce people to actually dress before dining for breakfast. I.e two people one wearing no shoes or socks, the other in head to toe pyjamas and a dressing gown. There appeared to be a few sketchy people in hotel for my liking. Cheap parking. Not recommended.
Great hotel - shower particularly good. Food in bar was also of a very high standard. Service was OK- had to ask a lot of questions as no idea where things were. Not much active signposting going on. Brilliant location for TV studios. Also a great high street nearby. Lots of shops and places to eat. It's about a 25 min walk from Elstree train station. A taxi to the station from the hotel cost me around 6 quid.
The hotel is clean and well run. The staff are LOVELY! We had four rooms on floor four. Clean, big bath towels, super shower. The bed was comfy. My one request would be a small retractable mirror fitted to the side of the hanging cupboard for doing make up.
Had a lovely overnight stay after seeing a show in London with a coach company. Easy check in. Room was very nice, plenty of space for clothes spotlessly clean. Bathroom and shower great. Had a great buffet dinner, breakfast was great also wish we had been staying 2 nights. Staff friendly. Thank you
We had to stay in this hotel during our house renovation. In short, it’s a nice hotel, clean ,compact room, but not too many towels and plugs ,and I missed one more bin in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My favorite thing was a shower cabin, really good. Prices are very suitable and the hotel is very recommended.
Ibis hotels are generally very good. This one is. As a single female traveller I get everything safely under one roof. Very clean, comfortable, nice staff Dog friendly. I didn't like this area very much and didn't venture far, but felt very safe in the hotel.
