   Staff lovely and helpful. Room, awful, glad we only stopped one night. Pictures of room look nothing like the room. En-suite was tiny, big crack in the sink which didnt have a plug. Shower was really small, mould, needs a total revamp. Location good, but about 400 yards from an ambulance depot, so heard them going out in the night !! The hotel is sat on the edge of a roundabout which is busy and noisy. Tube station close, loads of food places and a pub near. Beds were old, bedding all clean though. Could hear everyone coming and going, felt abit edgy with the amount of male foreign men just walking round staring. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay, or for families. Car park free though.

   Awful hotel, the worst I've ever been to. Not clean, bathroom looks like it's falling apart, sticky everywhere in the room, dirty carpets and so on... Do not recommend this place at all.

   I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well looked after. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. The heater was already on when I arrived, so the room was warm and comfortable right away a small detail that really made a difference after a long day. Overall, it was much nicer than my past stays at Travelodge, and I’d definitely choose this place again.

   Good location with free car park, but not an excellent hotel. Beds were ok, but pillows bad. Bathroom is super small. There is a lift, and a fan (no a/c) but room was hot and (being on the roundabout near an ambulance depot, noisy).

   My short break involve stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious enough for family of three. Room was located from street side so you can expect traffic noise and smells from smoking area. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and hotel reception with room service do their job excellent.

   We booked to stay for a night. the first room we went into was dirty (bathroom especially), stained bedsheets, broken bedside tables and dirty windows. we requested an upgraded room as the first didn’t meet expectations that were posted online. the upgraded room simply had a sofa in it and was exactly the same. in this room the “double” bed was simply two singles pushed together. i would very much not recommend the hotel as it is nothing like the photos shown online.

   Was so hesitate to stay in this hotel after reading all the negative reviews in many social media platforms , but I made my mind strong & stayed in this hotel... I was so happy that I didn't missed an every bucks worth hotel.. My stay was so great . To add a surprise the room was very spacious which is something I never experienced in my UK visit. I didnt expect this. The hotel near to Kingsbury Tube station ( Jubilee Line ) & perfect place for vegetarian like me.. So many vegetarian eateries here. The service also was great. They even allowed me to keep my luggage after check - out . Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended...

   Do not stay at this hotel, I rented a room for 3 days, the room was quite dirty, the bathroom is very small, you can't even wash your face in that very small basin, the staff is very unfriendly, I had to check out on time 8 in the afternoon and at 11 in the morning the staff told me I had to leave the room I said it was not possible as the app shows me the exit check at 8 and the staff asked me for an extra £50 to do the exit check at 8 o'clock

   Well. It was. Rather cheap. But not that cheap. Rooms are well as clean as they can be and so on but... well. Well only stay for a night. I oo I think parking was free. That was good.
