When booking a hotel room you expect to be provided with the basic services which hotels are known for, a bed to sleep in, facilities such as a toilet and bathrooms, running water, etc. However, this hotel has let us down repeatedly during our two night visit. As soon as we entered our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, despite there being a sign which says it is illegal to smoke on the premises, considering how strong the smell was and the fact it came back every time we closed the window or had left the room for a while, it is obvious they do not enforce this rule, this can be dangerous for anybody with respiratory issues, so I encourage you to think twice and believe me when I say the smell was so overwhelming we had to stick our head out of the window multiple times during the night. The towels absolutely stunk!!! Of old washing and grease, we didn’t end up using them. The bathrooms had mould, limescale, yellow gunk on the sink, urine and pubic hair on the toilet seats, despite the date and times being checked off, they were not clean. They definitely just pop their head in to sign it and don’t bother cleaning them. At this point it’s more of a health hazard than it is a hotel. I do not recommend, you can get better for the price you pay to stay here. No wonder they are non refundable, they know what they’re expecting when providing services like this. Our basic needs were not met, yes we had a bed to sleep in, but it was pretty pointless considering most of the night was spent hanging out the window.

I've been few times at this hotel and is good. Nice and clean. There is a free private parking for the guests of the back of the hotel. Big restaurant and tables outside at the back. The receptionist is a nice guy. This hotel is good at all, but you can see my video on YouTube. Just search for Bridge Park Hotel, 16 Hillside, Brent, London, NW10 8BN - 25.06.2025

I stayed here because of a conference at Wembley Arena. It was around 20 minutes away on bus. I could also walk a little further and find a metro station to get to the center of London about 1 hour away. The staff were super great, they were vigilant and aware of whoever came in and out. The rooms were not fancy but I guess considering certain factors it was overall not bad.

Friendly staff, great location, staying there as I work in london. Rooms are clean and spacious, myself and my brother share a twin room, has 2 single beds. Shower and toilet is literally across the corridor, again clean. Every day we hear the cleaners (we work nights). There is a restaurant on site which we've not used as of yet. If your looking for a nice hotel with a nice friendly atmosphere, this place is great.

Was needing somewhere local to St marks hospital. Booked a room and sent a message to say I would be checking in late as my fiancé was having surgery. I got got a very nice reply to my message wishing him well. When I arrived I was greeted and even advised to put my car into a secure car park. The room was lively and ensuit. Made a bad day end on a positive note. Would highly recommend this place if needing accommodation near the hospital. The room was clean and had tea and coffee and toiletries complimentary……. Well done Bridge Park hotel I give u 5 ⭐️

The room was not clean, and the carpet was smelling terrible. also, it is clear that the walls were not cleaned (or painted for years). on the other hand the beds supplies were clean. The bathroom was decent, but it had not shampoo or something else.

Much better than the reviews suggested, it's a budget place to stay if you're visiting Wembly Stadium or the SSE arena, though they're about a 45 minute walk away. Has it's own monitored car park, which is handy. If you're not after a 5-star room and just somewhere to sleep things off you'll be fine. I would stay again.

Very good experience: welcoming and friendly. Warm, comfortable rooms with most amenities. Very good value for money and on site parking. The evening meal was fantastic; would come again.

For £20 per night, not a bad hotel, but I couldn’t understand why they had a flashy restaurant, and bar area, yet the rooms were very basic. The bed was awful to sleep in, the mattress was like concrete, it didn’t help the fact that I have got fibromyalgia, and sleeping on the mattress made it ten times worse. The room was only cleaned once whilst we were there. The toilet and shower was shared, and used by other people staying there, which I didn’t find very hygienic. When they done the bar and restaurant up, they should have spent some money on doing the rooms up as well, and on buying decent mattresses. Also the pillows were like pancakes.

You get what you paid. Not somewhere you would expect spotless room. Given the price, the beddings and towels are clean, room with individual water sink. Shared bathrooms are clean. However I won't touch the curtains or floor mat. Doesn't feel particularly safe at night outside but the hotel itself is fine. Have tesco and convenient store nearby. Haven't tried the food so no comment.
