   We booked a twin room with 2 singles. When we got there, it was a double. We went downstairs to ask to change but they refused, saying that they will ensure it is done by the cleaners the next day We checked the bathroom out. Mould in various corners.The next day, we get back in the evening and lo and behold the bed had not been changed, let alone the room even been entered at all. We went to complain and all that was offered was a spare single duvet and duvet cover. We essentially did the cleaners job for them, having to separate the beds and then make the duvets ourselves. To top it off, as we were showering before checking out, the cleaner just barged in saying that she’s here to change the beds! The parking is terrible. On the second night, we had to park 5 minutes away. As there’s barely any spaces at all. The only saving grace is it’s not far from central London.

   Super helpful staff (can't remember names, sorry). Had a bit of an issue with the meal deal but it was sorted out quickly. Room was clean and very quiet. I have been to many Premier Inns and this one did the best breakfast. Will definitely book this hotel again when I come to town for a gig.

   The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good BUT my overarching view was negative. I felt very unsafe every time I had to enter and leave the hotel …I had a personal experience where I was really concerned and quite scared that a ‘chatty/odd’ man was following me into the foyer and lift when I was coming in, late at night on the first night. In my view the reception staff should be at the front door on the ground floor rather than hidden away up on the 1st floor. I thought it was a very strange set up, and really dangerous.

   This Premier Inn feels tired, it has signs of wear, too few staff for the numbers particularly if you are eating dinner, very strange smells in the corridor, you have to request a clean service for your room if you want new towels or beds made (we didn't realise this at first). All that said, staff were friendly, rooms were warm, breakfast selection is tasty as usual, small kettle in the room is a nice touch, location convenient for us. A solid 3 star hotel.

   Usual lovely and clean rooms. Breakfast abundant and tasty. The entrance decor on the ground floor was tatty and would requite some refurbishment. Also, the elevators were often malfunctioning. Staff were aware of this, but had not managed to fix during our stay.

   Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.

   Really good stay, was staying with work. Car park is quite deceiving, goes quite far back. The food in the restaurant was very good, I had rib eye steak. I did pick the side which wasn’t chips, the steak then came with chips and ended up getting charged for the side. It should have evens included. I think if it says it’s included you shouldn’t be charged extra. But I didn’t make a fuss about this so I won’t knock them down on that. Breakfast had lots of choice and the cooked breakfast looked fresh. Rooms very clean and warm.

   Not the best condition rooms, fair amount of hair in bath and sink. No iron / ironing board. Curtains dont block the light well. The hotel generally felt a little worn. Staff however were very attentive and friendly. Food was a good standard, both dinner and breakfast.
