   Unfortunately, the room and common areas were not well-maintained. We encountered issues with cleanliness, including stained bedding and strong odors. The photos online are not an accurate representation of the current state of the hotel. I cannot recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

   A cute hotel with wonderful, friendly customer service at the front desk. The room is compact, as would be expected at this great price range. There are good options for connecting with bus routes from this location.

   Rooms were small but adequate as a place to just sleep whilst staying in London. It is a bit of a trek if you want to visit central London attractions but there is Shepherd's Bush market within walking distance, although this was disappointing. The restaurant that provides breakfast (or £20 towards dinner) was fabulous. Super friendly staff and great Italian food. There was a bit of an odour in the corridors of the hotel, which the staff were using incense sticks to try and eradicate, but the room was fine. The pub a few doors down was definitely worth a visit- great vibe, good value and the food smelt amazing. Basically if you want somewhere cheap and cheerful to get your head down and you don't mind a bit of tube hopping then this was a great base for the price.

   Room was ok, toilet had been used before I had arrived which had a nice smell... After flushing that was resolved. The sink drainage stopper was broken which meant it would fill up and drain slowly. The window was shut but it still had a breeze and sound coming through, not a huge issue as I was too tired to care. Parking is fine but a tad tight with modern cars. Not quite worth the £15 per night. Overall not a bad cheap hotel for the location and time frame. If I need to be in that area again I'll definitely look at this property again.

   Bed bugs all around. Thinking I let my 1yo sleep in one of those beds makes me sick! I wish I realised earlier! No cleanliness whatsoever!

   Excellent hotel, very cheap for London. The staff are very friendly and my room was spotless. There's a good pub called the askew next door which is a nice bonus.

   don't go to this hotel!!! slept there three nights. from the second day it itched me. this hotel has bed bugs. I talked to the staff and they gave me a new room, but they didn't clean the old room thoroughly or search it for parasites. From reading the comments, it seems like the hotel has had bed bugs for a long time, but they just don't bother to do anything about it. I'm home a week after the holiday. my body is full of bites and i have had to go to the doctor several times. i brought these critters from this dirty hotel with me home. A big cheek from this hotel to still give these rooms full of bed bugs to other guests!!!

   Horrible hotel. Only go there if you want your stay to get ruined! They had bedbugs!! I even had to go to the hospital cause the bites got infected! Door to toilet doesn't close - way too much to share when travelling with a friend. No tea kettle and no towel on arrival. After complaining a kettle was brought - which was defective and wouldn't switch off: fire hazard!! No room cleaning or replacing of towels, tea or bed linen...
