   Do yourself a favour and check the heating and running water in the room as a matter of utmost priority. Make sure the heater is working for longer than a few minutes and you're actually getting any warmth coming out of it before judging it satisfactory and that the running water in the shower is actually warm for long enough to have even a quick shower. I was met with a broken down heater which is not what you would expect on one of the coldest nights of this year and a shower that kept spurting hot water for long enough to have a COVID appropriate hand wash which might have even been cutting it close, I don't think I got to the end of the happy birthday song before the hot water turned almost cold and the pressure went down. Imagine yourself camping outside in a tent temperatures except you're paying for a hotel room and when you want to have a shower you're playing a game of can I get to the end of the happy birthday song without the hot water water turning cold. Apparently their wall mounted heaters are all controlled from an area that doesn't offer acces when they break down and the water is on a weird pump which can't pump for long enough to have a steady water supply.

   I appreciate EasyHotel for the decent price and location, but a small table, a chair and some cutlery in the room would really make it complete. The bed is large and comfortable, there is a great view of the city, and towels are provided. In the bathroom, it’s best to take a shower in the evening and then go to sleep so that in the morning you walk into a dry bathroom, because there is no shower tray – when you shower, you end up flooding the whole bathroom.

   Location fairly easy to find but no parking. Staff were polite and very helpful throughout, signposting to packing and even with the little things like getting hot water for my water bottle… Small but cozy room. Only downside was there was no kettle for hot water which meant going downstairs for beverages. Overall, good value for money, and the friendly staff on duty, Pavan & Anthony, more than made up for the hostel’s deficits.

   Check in easy and smooth with Akash's help, he also helped with storing my luggage for me which was great. Room simple but all exactly what I needed, stayed in the Amsterdam EasyHotel so knew what I was getting. Shower & tap kept losing water pressure and temperature every ten seconds but it didnt really bother me! Shower head was at head height which for me at 5 foot 4 was fine but can understand this might be difficult for someone taller. AC and air circulation unit broke my second night, reported the next morning and they said they were sending round maintenance to check which they did immediately and when I got home it was all fixed! Great service! Windows open which was a great addition! Can hear trams but nothing worse than usual London traffic, great distance from train station. Black out curtains also a great touch.

   I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, making it easy to get around. The room was comfortable and clean, though I do think a small table in the room would have been useful. The service was great – Rajesh in particular was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. A few small improvements could make it even better, but I’d happily stay again.

   I recently stayed at an easy hotel and overall the experience was okay for the price that I paid. There were definitely signs that the place had not been well taken care of, however. In terms of room cleanliness, it left something to be desired. The furniture looked quite essential and had a few pieces missing. On the bright side, staff were friendly and the basic amenities were functional. Taking into account the lower budget accommodation, I would give it an overall rating of two out of five.

   The pictures they show are way different then actual hotel the worse place I’ve been to. The tv didn’t even work the whole time I was there the hot water works but it’s like 20 seconds of hot water and 20 seconds of cold so you will need a bucket if you want to take a hot shower. Worse experience ever.

   Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and quite. There are no hairdryers in the room but reception can provide one if needed. Super close to the train station and major shopping area. Plenty of food options close by. Staff friendly and helpful.

   The hotel is very basic and I had no need of service. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Not a place to spend your two week vacation, but served my purpose well. A place to rest or stop over in transit.

   The location is great for those who want to be in central London by train in less than 20 minutes as the hotel is 3 minutes walk from East Croydon station that has direct trains to London Bridge and London Victoria stations. The rooms are small but good for a night sleep with good size toilets. The value of money is the best compared to similar hotels in the area with one advantage that it accepts checking in till 12 am compared to other hotels that accept till 10 pm. The amenities are basic yet you can order iron machine and hair dryers. There's a good coffee machine downstairs that works 24/7. The receptionist is helpful and professional.
