Brooke truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the thoughtful gestures she arranged for us were incredibly special, far beyond anything we expected. Brooke is warm, genuine, and exceptionally professional. She didn’t just do her job; she created an experience that made us feel valued and cared for. She is a true credit to the hotel and a shining example of what local excellence in Croydon should look like. Because of Brooke, our stay wasn’t just comfortable it was memorable. She is an outstanding representative of the hotel, and we cannot thank her enough. We will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to others because of her.

When booking requested a walk in shower as my husband finds it easier after a hip replacement rather than climbing into bath for shower, we we given a walk in shower but didn’t realise it was a disabled room, hence sink lower, & toilet slightly higher. Do him being 6ft tall the sink was a slight problem. Would be nice if all hotel rooms were walk in shower, as I do not think many people soak in the bath when staying in hotels. It overall we loved our stay & will be back

This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!

I really enjoyed my 5-night stay at Leonardo Croydon! The hotel is definitely an upgrade from what was formerly called Jurys Inn. It is very conveniently located, near East Croydon rail station, allowing for quick and seamless travel into Central London, Gatwick Airport and beyond. The rooms are spacious, to the point where I could easily fit two pieces of luggage and lots of shopping bags, and with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! It's also one of the few hotels where blackout curtains in the room do the job perfectly, allowing very little to no sunlight to pass even during the brighter hours of the day - big props for that! I took one star off the room rating because it's slightly tired with minor cleanliness issues here and there (e.g. stains on the bathroom curtains, small dents / scratches on walls and a bit of dirt in the bathroom when I arrived, which I cleaned) - this is something that can be addressed when possible. Was satisfied with the bathroom even though it needs a bit of modernising. Great and attentive service from the staff, plus the housekeepers were very friendly and ready to thoroughly clean my room when asked to do so! Only ate breakfast on the first day but enjoyed the quality and variety of it. Overall this hotel offers great value for money and is a top choice for budget-conscious travellers valuing a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I would appreciate if the cleanliness and modernisation issues were resolved soon, in order to further enhance guest experience here!

It’s great when you’re only there for sleeping. The beds are comfy but the bathroom is not high at all so you have to bow when you want to wash your face. The flush on the toilet is not strong and you have to wait like 5 minutes before there is enough water to flush the toilet paper down. The service is great at first but when you’ve checked in and write them an email they don’t respond at all. The door cards have to be get to the reception every night because if you try to get into the room directly when you come back the doors may not open. The breakfast was not great. It’s okay if you want to eat just cereals and a cup of coffee but the sausages weren’t delicious and neither were the scrambled eggs. Don’t get me started on the porridge. It looked not good and tasted not good either. But the coffee was great. The hotel is a 30 minutes drive with the tube and the station is right around the corner that’s very great. Also around the corner is a Nando’s which is also very delicious. So if you’re just staying for sleeping and don’t want to pay a lot of money for a hotel and are willing to drive 30 minutes to the central that’s the perfect hotel for you. It’s clean though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.

The reception staff are very professional and gave excellent service. In fact all the staff I meet were great. The room, it must be said was not a lot different to premier inn. The rooms are more colourful and a little bigger but that was really the only noticeable difference. I didn't walk in and think this is worth at least an extra £20 a night. I had a meal from the restaurant and it was tasty, filling and we'll worth the price. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

Overall a good experience of a 3 night stay. Opposite the shopping centre and main road, so convenient but front rooms noisy. The heating kept resetting and I couldn't turn it off which made the room too warm for my personal taste, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant and bar area was popular. Breakfast had good selection. Friendly staff

Would give 0 stars if it was allowed. Had the worst, most terrifying experience at this hotel and were promptly harassed by the manager. My friends and I were staying in London for the weekend on holiday, and we thought the hotel was lovely at first. After one night, we were awoken early in the morning to hours of construction that we weren't told about when we made the reservation. Then, we nearly called the police after hearing screams for help from the neighboring room. After calling reception twice, no one helped us and we left two days early. So, after hours of construction and screams for help that prompted us to call the police, the manager and staff told us nothing was going on even after we begged to go investigate the situation. I suppose you should go to this hotel if you want to fear for your life and then be gaslit by the entire staff. Cheers! P.S. we were promised a refund and after countless calls and e-mails have heard nothing. So, we will continue to leave as many reviews as it takes until we are answered! Xoxo

The room was nice and clean, No where to put your make up on! The fridge was under the countertop where you need to sit to see in it. The bathroom needed the grouting in the shower area to be redone some of it was black! But the bathroom itself was clean. I really liked the staff here, both at reception and the bar they were welcoming and polite. Can't fault them. Thank you. Didn't eat here but after eating at the Birmingham Jury's inn I will not eat in this hotel chain again! Food below average and over priced! All in all I had a good experience.
