   I really don’t get the 3.2/5 rating. In my opinion, it is way closer to a solid 4.5 or even more, taking into account the price, which is very reasonable by London standards! There are some downsides, indeed. The kitchen is tiny with basic gear, the kettle was hard to reach, and there’s not much cleaning equipment. But everything that actually matters was great: the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, warm, and fully functional. Also, the wifi worked great. The location is also very good - a bus stop right next door and about 10 minutes on foot to South Kensington station. You can walk to Notting Hill, Hyde Park, and even Paddington. The staff were friendly. For that price, it’s hard to expect more.

   Stayed for 5 nights with family. It was one of the most memorable stays ever. Loved the location - walking distance to Gloucester Road underground station, Thames River walk, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, Science and Natural History museums. Amenities - kitchenette in room, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, basic utensils, dish washing soap etc. Free laundry (you have to buy washing detergents etc), gym, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Beautiful view from window (from our room) saw some fire works on one of the days. Will stay here definitely if we visit London again.

   The room was exactly like in the pictures and had a nice, spacious layout. The only downside was that the windows let in both noise and cold, which was a bit uncomfortable. The room was generally clean when we arrived, but it wasn’t serviced at all during our 5-day stay, which was surprising since most hotels usually clean rooms every 2–3 days. When we asked for fresh towels, the reception told us we could pick them up from the gym downstairs. The room had a kettle, though it would have been nice to have some tea or coffee provided. The location is really convenient — Gloucester Road tube station is just a 7–8 minute walk away, with plenty of cafes, markets, and other amenities nearby. The neighborhood itself is quiet and pleasant. The staff were polite but not particularly warm or friendly; simple greetings like “Good morning” or “Good evening” were missing. Overall, considering the location and the price, it’s okay and a decent choice if you just need a comfortable place to stay.

   I’ll share an honest review. Overall, the apartment was fine, but there are a few things worth noting before you go. Hopefully, this also helps the staff be a bit more attentive. Room: The room was big, you can see it in the pictures as well. - The furniture felt a little old, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly after the last guest - it felt a bit dirty. - The TV remote was in a poor state, the buttons were not pressing properly, the battery backplate was missing. I told the staff, and they said if they found an extra one, they’d replace it. The TV has no Chromecast, if that's a concern for you. - The safe had no instructions, so I had to call staff to help me set a password. Turns out you should reset the safe by removing and inserting the batteries back. - The door lock is not an easy one, you need to put quite a bit of force to lock it :) - There're no sockets right next to bed :(( - And the windows don't have a noise suppression, sometimes it can get noisy. Kitchen: It's A small kitchen right by the entrance. They don’t provide coffee, tea, sugar, or even a couple of light snacks, which was a bit disappointing. You don't usually travel carrying tea/coffee in your bag. Most aparthotels at least offer some basic packs of tea/coffee. There was no tea towel for drying dishes and no dishwasher either. The faucet was leaking a little. But they had cutlery. Bathroom: The bathroom was great - no real issues. A ventilation system would’ve been nice, but there's a window. An aroma spray wouldn't hurt either. Other facilities: There's a gym and a laundry room with washers and dryers, which you can use for free. Just remember to bring your own detergent or capsules. Area: I absolutely loved Chelsea. The neighborhood is beautiful. The Natural History Museum is about a 10-minute walk, the tube is around 8 minutes, and in about 20 minutes you can reach Albert Bridge - stunning at night and very underrated. Walking through Chelsea in the evenings under the streetlights felt like the best meditation. If the staff pays more attention to these small details, this apartment will be amazing.

   The location is great – just an 8-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station, and the building has a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. However, the apartment itself and the service leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen is very basic and needs improvement. The TV didn’t work, and there was no working phone – I couldn’t reach reception when needed. The floor was dirty, and the window shade didn’t block the sun at all, making it hard to rest. Guests are expected to take their own trash outside the building, which isn’t convenient. The gym is outdated and could use better equipment. Customer service was disappointing. When my son arrived, they refused to give him the key even though I was on the phone with them and had already provided my ID. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional zero trust Overall, a good location but poor service and facilities.. but it good price when high seasons.

   Let's start with the good bits. The hotel is located in a lovely part of Kensington. Now for the bad bits. It is not clear that you have to have a deposit of 200 pound and that everyone staying at the hotel needs photo ID. The room we stayed in was so old, out dated and tired. I dont even know how the floor got into the state it was in. The sink was hanging in mid air and would have fallen had we of put any weight on it. The kitchen utensils are old. Just a microwave, stove and kettle on the plus side it had a working fridge. Make sure you take your own tea/coffee, milk and sugar. The whole room is in desperate need of a re vamp and would go a long way. Sauna not working, steam room set so high we were lucky not to of got serious burns from it. Jacuzzi was nice. No where to get changed so ended up walking back to our room in our towels. Not ideal. Got back and somebody walked in on us whiilst at our most vulnerable. This completely ruined our stay from there on. Happy new year. Huh. Not for us it wasn't. Raised this with management who took 14 days to get back with a reply and were called liars in their response. I've experienced all levels of customer service but never have I dealt with a company with such a complete lack of regard for their customers. So many other nice properties around London. Stay away from this horrible place with horrible rude staff who have no customer service skills whatsoever.

   This was described as luxury apartments that was a joke and infringed the law. This reminded me of local authority apartments located in the least desirable parts of Glasgow in the very early 1970’s. Please do not take my word for it check the apartments before you pay as you will find it difficult to get a refund the owner is invisible and receptionist does not want to know the least helpful person I have come across in the hospitality business. I travelled from Torquay and had to put up with someone who did not give a monkeys (an insult to a monkey). BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

   The room came with a water kettle, microwave oven and a simple toilet with got supply of hot water. The lift... LoL smallest I've seen, well all good though. The location is close to Gloucester Road station, approx 8 mins walk

   Room is fine, the dishes that were in the room were dirty. The worst part is the service of those hotel. We were told that we can could check in at 3, and after a long day of travel all we wanted to do was relax a little. Instead we were told we couldn't check in because our room wasn't ready. When it was an hour later, the condescending lady at the front desk sent us to the wrong room. Later in the evening, we were started when someone randomly entered our room. Turns out the front desk assigned another person our room and gave them our key. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's not that hard to simply be better.

   The apartment was okay and clean. However, the furniture was quite old and we did not have any forks and very little dishes overall. You’d expect to be able to cook in a flat. The staff was miserable. They do not get it that before you leave you would like to have a confirmation that the room has been checked and you will get your deposit back. They think we should trust them. Well, following the same logic then they should not take any deposit and just trust everyone.
