Hunted house Paid more than GBP600 but nobody is there and looks that they stop doing business. Stop reservations

If i could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless service, do not answer messages or calls. They cancelled my reservation 5 days before I am due to stay (and i booked this over 8 months in advanced) and now they are refusing to answer any of my calls and messages. I asked about a refund and I was told to cancel on booking.com but it says on booking.com that if i cancel I do not receive a refund, i then said all of this to Yulia the lady messaging me and she quickly changed her story and told me not to cancel but to just write to booking.com and she will write on her side. That’s not very reliable is it. I have sent several messages now and phoned several times and I am receiving absolutely nothing back at all. This business is a scam and is trying to get me to cancel my booking so they do not need to pay out a refund. Ridiculous service and I am now left with no accommodation in London 5 days before I go to stay for several nights with not even an apology and responses to messages.

Friendly, helpful and very accommodating host by the name of Yulia, at 20 Fairholme Road. Rooms kept clean and to a good standard. A great stay and would definitely be staying here again.

Been there few times and when I happen to stay in that area it's always my first choice. The location is perfect: 4 minutes walking distance from West Kensigton tube station and 7 minutes from Barons Court; 1 minute away from a very busy and lively road with restaurants, shops and bars but at the same time you have no problem sleeping at night as the studios themselves are in a very quiet residential road. The rooms are nice and cosy, defo worth way more than what they charge. The ladies who run the place are super nice and whenever there is any issue, no matter how minor it is, they handle it and sort it out straight away.

Great and very safe neighborhood, 5 min walk from the train station, about 15 ride to the main sightseeing places, also a few good coffee shops and small grocery stores around. Friendly and helpful host.

Fine for a couple but no more. It has two double beds but you can’t use the upper level one of you’re over 2ft tall. The angle that the steps are set at is dangerously steep so my two kids fell off 3 times between them and my daughter badly hurt her leg in the process as there is no grip on the steps. If you’re over 10st in weight, forget about being able to use the bathroom. I’m 14st and could barely move. The electrical sockets are dodgy as everything overheats off it’s charging for more than an hour. To a point where we worried our phones would burst into flames if charged overnight. Last thing, it was about 34 degrees during our trip and there is nowhere for the clammy, warm air to go to as the windows provide no circulation if there’s no wind and there is no useable extractor built in.

We stayed here in end of July but the apartment that we got was no where near the pictures shown on the agoda site. There is disgusting smell in the hallway as you enter. The rooms are in a crapy shape. Broken things all around. I will post the pictures in tripadvisor. We arrived 20 minutes earlier and the room was not ready and for not a properly cleaned room that was her excuse. We never asked her to give us the room rightaway. We could have waited another 10 minutes to deserve a clean room. The staff is rude (don't care attitude). When we told her that this is not the room we booked and showed her the pictures on agoda. Her reply was talk to my boss and I think she didn't even gave me the correct number. As when called on the number the same voice appeared and then after 1st call she never picked up the phone. Floor is in a disgusting state. There were sharp corners everywhere that are not safe for even adults. Shower hook was broken so you had to hold it in your hand. Drain wasn't working and water accumulated in the shower. Kitchen extractor fan is broken. All in all worst experience and could not recommend to anyone.

Please avoid this place. Booked a room, but when we arrived the room was occupied and Fairholme Studios did not have any other available room. The only thing we got from the owner is that she made a mistake and there was no room available. This little mistake left 2 children on the street in a foreign country without a place to stay. We could speak to the owner once and than she ignored our calls. She texted: somebody is coming to help us. A lady came who said that repeatedly that her boss made a mistake and she cannot help. She signposted us to booking.com. Very careless owner, I would recommend to avoid this place!!!! Very bad experience!!!

I met the new administrator girl, she was lovely and so reliable with my crazy schedule. Very nice and clean room with kitchen and everything ready for me to use. I was surprised. Well communicated with bus and train lines and walking distance from the centre of the city. Quiet area and easy to find. I had the chance to stend my stance even if it was in such a short notice so I was very happy. I will choose them every time I can.
