   Comfortable and cozy rooms. You can find this hotel in a perfect location. 4 minutes away from Earls Court station, near many food establishments and grocers. This is an excellent place to stay.

   Warm and friendly welcome. Whilst communal areas are looking a little tired, the room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. Great location, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

   Well, above of being clean or location my money and my necklace were stolen in the room. I booked 17 night and stayed with my daughter. When I arrived to the room my bag was on the bed and there was a pillow in the bathroom. (There is no safe box) We called the police immediately and it was obvious the thief entered the room easily using the door. My daughter was so frustrated . I wrote a request to the hotel a week ago but there is no response. They told me that the insurance will cover it. There are more things to write but Earls court is a nice area if you are not obliged I suggest you try to book another place.

   As a budget hotel it's absolutely fine and for central London, just by Earl's Court tube, it's good value. The single room I had wasn't at all cramped and the bathroom was very nice - it looked like it had been refitted recently. The place is maybe a bit dated but for the money it's all I wanted. If you want luxury - go somewhere else and pay lots more!

   Basic room, clean and bright one double and 1 single bed. Single bed better for my back. I live locally and stayed here in emergency. Bedding and room were spotless clean. Tiny shower and toilet but it worked for the evening. Importantly was lady on the desk was lovely and friendly

   I stay here every time I’m in London. Location is great. Rooms are small and nothing special, but mostly adequate, clean, en-suite, kettle, tv. What more do you need for such a bargain price. No elevator, which is common in London. Staff very accommodating if you need to store luggage for the day on arrival/departure. They used to have breakfast, which was not bad, but I don’t think they do now. I’ve never been bothered by noise. Edited: I’m very disappointed in my most recent visit. Bed is so hard it’s like sleeping on a board, and shower is a pathetic trickle of water that can barely wet your hair. I’ve been a loyal guest of this hotel for many years, but I think it’s time to try somewhere new, unfortunately.

   Average room, with rude staff. Lady when we checked in was super cool, but when we left, we got screamed by another lady because we left a couple of minutes after check out time (we were inside and the room and no one came to tell us to leave). Location is good, and it’s an ok option if there’s no other place to stay.

   Friendly reception, roomsize is pretty OK for London. No lift. Note that due to a louvre style (split pane) top of the window you can never really close the street sounds out.

   Place to stay not more than a night. The interior need a refurbishment, some parts of the rooms are just falling apart. There is no lift, and the stairs are difficult to be travelling with big luggage. Earls court is a great area to stay, well connected.
