This is a nice little hotel. Perfectly clean and comfortable, with the basics you'd expect like a kettle, wardrobe, TV, and bathroom. The staff were lovely, very poilte and helpful. The area is decent, with a good selection of pubs and places to eat. Calling the breakfast 'butler style', while technically true, makes it sound fancier than it is. It's a cardboard box of items. That being said though it is a satisfying mix - pastry, fruit, yoghurt, a tea bag, a sachet of hot chocolate, crackers with spreadable cheese, orange juice, and a Naked bar. Only issues I have to raise is that it's a little cold without clear to operate heating and the price is rather high for what is ultimately a pleasant but basic hotel with no frills. If you're in the Hammersmith area for a show, I'd recommend it, but don't expect anything overly fancy.

Very good hotel, visited with 5 of my friends for a week. Rooms are pretty small but perfect to sleep, comfortable and cozy. Close by there is plenty of food and very very well connected with Circle, District, Piccadilly and Hammermisth and City lines that would get you pretty much everywhere in central London. Staff is very kind and accomodating, helped us when was needed and so much more.

Good: excellent location for Eventim Apollo, close to National Express Coach bus stop, shops, eateries, M&S and Primark, Ikea etc close by. Also a lovely street food market. Staff is polite, breakfast was on time, basic but fresh (bakery, yoghurt, cereal bar, apple, juice drink). Room design actually quite pleasant. Very small, but pleasant. Aircon works well and you can adjust the desired temperature. Really good water pressure. However: it does need a massive deep clean. Good for one day if you need to drop somewhere after a show.

It's a good option, if you want a place to stay just to arrive to sleep at the end of the day, it's comfortable, the room hast just the right size for 2 people, the bathroom works fine, the breakfast included it's good and gives you enough energy to start the day. The personal it's very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning under the furniture since there is a lot of accumulated dust and the fact that there is carpet doesn't help much.

We’ve been in the hotel for six nights and it’s been great! Top service, always ready to help. Very clean and spacious room with all the facilities you need (WiFi, TV, air conditioning, water bowler, tea, coffee…). Big and modern bathroom with clean towels and gel. The location is perfect, not too far away from the center and with nice bars and restaurants around. The only downside, if it’s any, is the breakfast which is composed by too much sugar. We’ll definitely come back!

I stayed at the Seraphine for two days. Upon arrival, I explained I needed a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. The room was small but very immaculate. Aranit, at reception, was very accommodating. Check-in and reception were smooth, efficient and friendly. No lift.

This hotel is not a decent hotel! Worst of all they took money from my bank debit card without my permission and after I vacated! I call this fraud! The 'breakfast' was a croissant in a box (have you tried buttering a croissant without even a plate?) with orange juice, a green banana, nut bar and yoghurt... they didn't bother check for allergies, medical conditions or dietary requirements so we had nothing! We were also put on the top floor with no working lift - bad idea for an older man with complete kidney failure! Our room on check in wasn't done or we would not have found cigarette ends and a cigarette packet! When we went out at 9.30am and returned at 3.30pm our room had not even been cleaned. We were also left out in the freezing cold when thesupposedly 24 hour reception cover was not there to let us in. On delivering our complaint the manager was not even called and whilst they mentioned a partial refund they actually took money without my permission or presence.

Great location and Friendly staff Loved the hotel! Naeem were incredibly friendly! He checked me in sooner than check in time. He was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The room was clean and comfy. Location is great, close to many subway stations and walking distance to many places. Overall a great stay

A very bad first experience with this hotel. It’s not children friendly or wheelchair friendly, they have lots of stairs and no elevator available. We payed for a standard room and we get a wardrobe size room, without even a proper window. The guy from the reception is not problem solving at all.

Friendly and good service. Even the first day, when we got here around 10 o’clock, Naeem provided us with breakfast. That was really nice! Rooms are a bit small, but do the job. Even got another room because of a leak, that was a very nice room to stay in!
