   we've stayed at this hotel twice now across two different trips to london and it is absolutely our go-to. between a convenient location, with the hammersmith tube station only a 5-10 minute walk away and busses that regularly run between the two if you need it, and cheap prices, it's just such an easy place to stay. the rooms are perfectly fine. they're nothing special, but they do the job and honestly, the bathrooms are rather nice - with included toiletries. our first stay, in a triple room, was perfect, and the staff even tucked out stuffed teddies into bed when the room was being cleaned. our most recent stay in a double room had a couple of issues - the ceiling fan began to leak, the bathroom light would not properly turn off, the shower did not get hot, and a lack of wifi or data signal in our room - however the signal was due to being slightly underground, and the staff apologised profusely and offered us a new room after we mentioned the other issues. we didn't take up on that offer as we only had a night left after we reported it (we noticed the leak very late at night the day before), but they did provide us with towels to help manage the leak from the fan. One thing to be aware of is that it can be a rather noisy area, through no fault of the hotel. It's located near hammersmith firestation and is stationed on the main road, so the road noise is really unavoidable but the sirens can become annoying at times. they also offer luggage storage facilities which is a massive bonus, as we usually book late trains home but checkout is 11am. we will definitely be back for our next trip.

   For the price it’s very nice! Very good localization, quite close to the tube, bus stop literally on the door step. Walls are quite thin but we had very good neighbors so it wasn’t very noticeable.

   Good location, room was warm and bathroom shower good. Plumbing needs a little attention (drains blocked), but OK. Staff tidied room each day, which surprised me for budget hotel.

   I was visiting the hotel for 8 days, and my experience unfortunately wasn't very pleasant. It was really hot in the room, but no fans or basically anything to cool yourself down with. The window was opening only a little bit, maybe 3-4 inches but you couldn't leave it open for the day anyways because there was construction outside and every tiny bit of dust was coming to my room through the window. My room was in the basement, which I didn't find very pleasant too. When I left the room, it was cleaned by the staff and I'm really grateful for that, but my personal things got moved which I think shouldn't happen... The only plus was the bathroom. It was pretty decent and clean. Also, the breakfast wasn't nothing special, but it could be worse. In short - I don't really recommend it to anyone who cares about aesthetics and high temperatures...

   I've been to this hotel twice, separate years and I think the experience is good enough for the low prices. I love the location too, the streets are calm and you even have lots of stuff to do close to the hotel. The staff is nice, helpful and polite, the rooms where you stay are from an old neighbourhood so if you want to see how the classic english houses were, this is your chance. See you again in a few years!!! I will always come back!!

   Well when can I start first! I wouldn’t recommend unless used to rude and impolite staff. We had purchased breakfast for our five day stay. More often than not, by the time we arrived to the canteen, they had run out of buffet breakfast (no cheese, him or croissants). Staff were predominantly polish girls, from which one was extremely unequipped to work with customers. She lacked any customer skills, professionalism and/or manners. She verbally attacked one of the customers in front of other dinners. When requested a piece of ham or cheese, the manager told us they’d run out (regardless we had paid for our breakfast). On the positive note, the room was nice and balm with heating on. Location is convenient, close to the underground with amenities such as Tesco or a local chip shop or bars.

   Hotel 65 is halfway between two tube stops, about a 10 minute walk away, but quite secluded from the center or main London attractions. The hotel is located on a street with many restaurants, shops and a small park with facilities for children to play. The staff does their job, they didn't check us in early, but they kept our luggage for us on the day of arrival and the day of departure, you can use the toilet. They pleasantly surprised us with breakfast included. Our room was relatively large with comfortable beds, TV, hair dryer, desk and small wardrobe, as well as a good sized bathroom. The cons for me were 2: the windows are not well sealed and therefore quite cold and noisy, and no air conditioning to keep you warm; there is no movable shower in the shower cabin in the bathroom, and when you take a shower, you also get your hair wet and it is quite uncomfortable for children as well.

   Just spent 3 nights there with our young children. I will definitely be back. For the price it was a lovely place to stay. Nice clean up to date rooms. And breakfast was a brilliant bonus. The staff are extremely hard working.

   Nice hotel, which consists of few buildings in the street. Our room was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Only one negative is that our room had older windows and it was located to the street - so on friday it was really noisy from outside - we felt like we left some window open but they were closed. Also the breakfast was really nice. It is more like a continental breakfast, without buffet, but there are few options in it. Metro station is 10 minutes by walk, price for accommodation us very reasonable.

   The hotel met our expectations, especially considering the price. The room was neat. Not too big, but sufficient as a place to sleep. You won't be there during the day anyway. As well as the bathroom. The bed was made every day and fresh towels were provided. The breakfast was also fine. The staff were friendly. The location is perfect. Close to bus stops, metro, supermarket and other shops. Me, my wife and son had a very pleasant stay!
