I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from shopping areas and local restaurants. My stay at the hotel was nice and cozy, and the staff were kind. The housekeeper who serviced my room for three days was especially polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean and spacious rooms, very close to the underground and bus stops. Very nice people at the desk.

Great location in central London with a nice view of planes. Room was clean, but the shower and sink weren’t, and the fan was loud. Overall, a decent stay.

this place was good. would definitely come back to stay if the management remains the same. honestly, i have to say london is generally expensive and for the price i paid (£60 per night) for a single room in hammersmith, it is worth it. there is probably no other place where u can expect a similar quality for this price unless u stay in like hostels. initially booked this place for 2 days just to see whether the room was liveable. turns out, it was up to my standards. extended my stay for 1 week ish. all i expected was for the room to not have bed bugs or any foul smell. even if the room was small, i didnt mind. anyways im the type of person who likes to walk as little as possible. + relatively clean sufficient space to place ur luggage provides hair dryer and towels room facing away from traffic reception ppl friendly streets are generally safe close to supermarkets like tesco and sainsbury hammersmith station is 10 mins walk away - shower might be a tad small but bearable towels might have hair on them so u can consider bringing ur own here are some additional remarks regarding my stay. the people managing the reception are lovely. i would like to commend, one of the guys managing the reception, venu, who helped me with my accommodation for my whole trip. when i first arrived, he assured me that the room did not contain any bed bugs and surely enough, the room was clean. this hotel also has affiliations with other hotels in the vicinity, such as comfotel prpl and euro hotel. as a result of my failure to book early, the room that i had to stay in had to be given up to someone else on half way through my stay. the reception guy was kind enough to offer me a stay at the other accommodation for the same price that day, again assuring me that the accommodation was clean as well. i was happy to be put up in that place as it turned out to be clean as well. overall, i have to say this is a decent spot for stay for ur trip. it might not be as good as a regular hotel but its definitely a comfortable and clean accommodation. i have to add also that the reception might not be what u see in regular hotels but u have to understand that having a big reception means less space for rooms.

This is a gem of a hotel if you just need a clean room in a central location at a budget price. There are no frills and the room was small but it was immaculately clean with fresh bedlinen. En-suite bathroom was sparkling. Good security. The location is walking distance to the underground station, easy to get buses and taxis on the street outside. Lots of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I slept really well, room was at the back of the building so quiet. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Keen to help. Highly recommended.

The room is small but cozy and provided with the basics. Maybe it is not so silent: I could hear the other guests snoring during night, but if you have to spend just a couple of nights it's not a big problem. It's the most economic accomodation I found in the area. Have a very good position for those who have to go to see a concert at the nearby theater.

The Hotel Comfotel BLU is halfway between two tube stops, about 10 minutes' walk away, but is quite far from the center or the main attractions of London. The hotel is located on a street with many restaurants, shops and a small park with facilities for children to play. Apart from check-in, we had no other communication with the staff. Our room was on the lower floor, the corridors are quite narrow and it is inconvenient for a pram. Our room was really big and clean, with comfortable beds, small tv, hair dryer, desk and a small alcove with a hanging rack to store clothes, as well as a very nice and comfortable bathroom. There was a kettle, tea and coffee available

Had a great stay, got a room at the top floor with a view to the inner yard, quite and clean. My WiFi got sorted quickly and I slept for 10 hours straight after a really bad (and even more expensive) experience with Airbnb the night prior. The price is also superb considering the location! Some lovely restaurants can be found in the same street, a huge Westfield shopping mall within a 10 min walk, 10 min to the closest subway station. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews, during my visit I stayed in 3 different accomodations in central London, so I think this place is really fantastic considering the price.

Functional to be generous. Awful room but everything was spotlessly clean. Our romm should have been a single room but a double was crammed in somehow. If you just want a bed for a night, this'll do.

No one on reception when we arrived with no notice as to what to do. Eventually after ringing doorbell a man turned up from down the street. Told us to wait outside reception area whilst he checked details which took forever. No nice welcome at all and told to be out by 11am next day. Room was a twin with no mattress/pillow protectors and only one pillow on each bed. Not overly clean. Room very hot due to weather but supplied a fan which was a help. Bathroom not very clean and mirror had been removed and not replaced. Road extremely busy but appreciate not hotels fault. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here to give it careful consideration!!
